Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us detailed feedback. We immensely value your opinion as it helps us improve the guest experience. We are glad you found the rooms clean. On the other hand, we are truly sorry to hear that the comfort of the mattresses and the excessive noise from the neighbors negatively impacted your stay. We apologize for this inconvenience, especially since it occurred during much of your visit. I want to assure you that immediately following your check-out, we took the necessary steps to address the mattress issues, ensuring that future guests will enjoy a more comfortable rest. Regarding the noise, we have reinforced the house rules and communication with the condo management. Regarding the pool, heated use (and the heating of the attached jacuzzi, which uses the same system) is an optional service with an extra fee, which we aim to specify clearly in our listing. We apologize if this information was not entirely clear to you. Thank you again for your honesty. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to host you again on a future visit so you can have a complete five-star experience!
