Construction Notice
The resort exterior at the Evergreen building is undergoing renovation work from April 20 to June 30, 2026. Work will occur daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.

Please note that the StreamSide Pool will be closed for refurbishment from May 4 to May 22, 2026. During this time, all other resort hot tubs are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

*Marriott`s Streamside Birch and Douglas buildings rely on alpine breezes and do not have air conditioning.

Smoking Policy
We are committed to a smoke-free environment. For outdoor designated smoking areas, see your resort map. Smoking in your villa or on your patio/balcony may result in a cleaning charge.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform specific work or tasks are welcome at this resort. However, family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. If it is discovered that a pet has been brought onto the premises, a significant cleaning and room recovery fee will be applied per pet.
