Thank you for your review and feedback. We do greatly apologize for the situation you experienced during your stay with us. Firstly, we do contract out our housekeeping needs to various local companies in the area. It is important guests let us know if anything seems amiss so we can address the responsible party immediately and get any situation rectified as soon as possible. We do provide a high level of cleaning/sanitizing in each of our properties and we take cleanliness claims very seriously. We will be replacing the patio set and getting some tiles replaced. The mattresses have passed all of our quality control inspections, and will likely not be replaced this year. We do indeed have fitting sheets as well as mattress covers for all beds. If either were missing, we apologize for missing the mark. We would have rectified this immediately had we of known. There is no mildew on the walls but there was slight discoloration of the shower curtain so it has been replaced. Additionally, the washer and dryer are in working condition. We would be happy to have you back again in the future in hopes of an improved experience. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
