Great place. Newer condition. It's nice to have the pool if you want a break from the beach or to float for a while in the evening after a long day at the beach. The house next door is very close.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was nice, the location was great, and the pool and hot tub were definitely highlights.There were a few areas where the home could be better equipped. The listing indicated that linens would be provided, but each room only had one or two towels, and there were no washcloths. The kitchen was also somewhat limited in terms of supplies—for example, there was only one steak knife available.With a few small improvements to the home’s amenities and better communication from the rental company, this could be an excellent rental. We would definitely consider staying here again if those issues were addressed.

House is well located and spacious. You need to make sure you get your own toilet paper, and paper towels as you will only get 1 per bathroom. Make sure you also bring your own hand soap, this is not provided.

Overall this is a beautiful home. It was lacking everyday essentials like enough toilet paper, paper towels, washclothes, dish soap, enough towels, and any kind of cleaning supplies. We had to do dishes and clean 2 bathrooms when we got there.

We stayed here as a family of five (with kids ages 6, 5, and 3). The layout of the home was great for our family, and the furniture was up to date. Having a TV and extra blankets in every bedroom was a nice touch, and the pool was fantastic! As parents of young kids, we really appreciated the pool safety features, including locked gates at both levels of the house. The drive down the beach is about 20 minutes until you hit regular roads and the frequency of seeing the wild horses was fun!However, as other reviewers have noted, the cleanliness and basic stocking need improvement:Cleanliness: Moving an end table upstairs to grab a toy revealed very dusty, dirty floors full of debris. One bed was missing sheets when we arrived, a dirty cleaning rag was left in the bathroom sink, and the outdoor patio cushions and picnic table hadn't been wiped down.Linens & Supplies: Towels were very limited—only one bath towel and one hand towel per bathroom, with no washcloths, bathmats, or extra kitchen towels. There were also no beach towels or beach chairs provided. The provided trash bags were far too large for the kitchen.Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchen had enough basic items to get by, but it lacked simple items like steak knives and only had one baking sheet. Previous families left plenty of coffee filters and pepper in the cabinets.Communication & Tech: Wi-Fi details were not provided in advance, and response times from the realty company were a bit delayed when we reached out.
