TX 2-Step Home: Pet Friendly - 3 Min to Downtown

Emily, cozy is exactly what we were going for with that house, so it's good to hear it landed that way for your weekend. Short getaways are what this place does best. Next time you're out this way, take an evening and walk down to the water at sunset, or bring something to grill and use the fire pit after dark. The stars out here are worth staying up for. Come see us again whenever the weekend needs clearing. Every guest who comes back to us gets 10% off the return stay, and that includes you. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

Felton, glad the location landed the way it did for you. A note taken on the coffee and paper supplies, both are being stocked heavier going forward so the next group has more than enough from the moment they walk in. The Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, and when you are ready to return, the property sits just as well in the cooler months as it does in summer. Hope to have you out here again soon!

Beau, a quick Fredericksburg getaway that earned a perfect ten tells us the house did exactly what it needed to do. That Hill Country reset has a way of sneaking up on you, and we love being the spot where it happens. Next time you find yourself with a free weekend, come back in wildflower season and give yourself one extra night. The bluebonnets alone are worth the drive, and the property hits differently when you are not rushing back.

Hi Cristi, thank you so much! We're happy to hear the location gave you the best of both worlds. We hope to host you again! – Andrea at Cozi Vacation Rentals

Ashley, a perfect retreat is exactly what we aim for out here in the Hill Country, and hearing you felt that makes it worthwhile. The house sits in good country, and there is always more of it to take in. Next time you come back, get out on the water or find one of the local wineries just down the road. Either way, we will have the house ready and waiting for you.

Thank you, Rafael! We're thrilled to hear you had a great weekend and that your pet enjoyed their stay. We appreciate your kind words about our communication and can’t wait to welcome you back soon!

Max, a clean and relaxing stay is exactly what the Hill Country is for, and a 10 out of 10 tells us the house delivered it. Come back when the bluebonnets are out in spring and take a morning drive through the back roads before the crowds roll in. There is nothing quite like this part of Texas that time of year, and having a comfortable home base to return to after a long day out makes all the difference.

Shane, coming back is the highest thing a guest can say about a place, and we will absolutely be ready for you. The Hill Country has a different look to it every season, so whenever you are ready to return, the house will be waiting. Come back in the fall when the evenings cool down and the sunsets over the cedar breaks are something else entirely.

Thank you Karyn so much for your kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet, cozy atmosphere, natural light, and convenient location. We also appreciate your feedback regarding hanging space and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. We’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay soon!

Nick, a 10 and a promise to come back is about as good as it gets. Glad the house worked for you, and we mean it when we say we'd love to have you out again. If you haven't explored much of the Hill Country beyond the property, spring wildflower season turns the whole area into something worth making a trip around. We'll have the house ready when you are!

Kim, a short drive to Main Street and a 10 out of 10 says you found the right base for a Hill Country trip. Fredericksburg has a way of pulling people back, and when you are ready to return, the fall wine trail season is something else from this property. Hope to have you again soon!

Robin, next year cannot come fast enough! That one-line review says everything, and we will have the house ready and waiting when you make it back out to the Hill Country. If you have not yet caught a Fredericksburg weekend during peach season, that is worth timing your return around.
