Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the comfort of the home, the updates, and that beautiful backyard—it's great to hear it added to your holiday stay. We truly apologize for the inconvenience with the sink during your visit. You're right—it was an issue we were actively working to resolve, and we regret the timing wasn't ideal. We appreciate you letting the owners know and your understanding during the holidays. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thanks , Benjamin for your feedback! You happened to stay during an ice storm — these usually happen between November and April, mostly in December and January. While we don’t have control over power outages, we’re glad it came back on quickly during your stay. We didn’t catch your call right away since we’re more active on the booking channels, and we always recommend reaching out through the platform so we can help quickly and keep everything documented. We’re happy to hear you still enjoyed your stay, and you’re always welcome back anytime!
