Amazing stay! Beautiful and clean home. Lovely neighborhood. Walk to beach or walk to town, yet you feel far away from it all! Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Great Property

This property is beautiful. The location is private and perfectly situated in a little neighborhood. It’s close to the beach, downtown sandwich, and golf. Great for large group with different age groups.

This was our family vacation. My daughter has a 19month old and they used the cottage. My youngest & her boyfriend used the apartment above the garage, and my sister-in-law used the main house. Everyone had their own space, but getting together for meals was wonderful. The kitchen was big enough so we all cooked together and the dining room was perfect for our dinners. The only thing bad was the weather. The last 3 days of the vacation we were indoors because of the nor’Easter.

Marsh Mellow

Beautiful, serene and private. 19 State Street did not disappoint. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Views, gardens, beaches and location.

Perfect Cape Cod getaway

This home was a gorgeous, relaxing home with beautiful marsh views, an abundance of wildlife, and relaxing spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The amenities inside were top notch. The beds were very comfortable. The living spaces accommodated our family quite well. Our sons enjoyed the upstairs deck for nighttime sky viewing. The beautiful piano was a favorite of our youngest son. Our next family vacation in Sandwich will be a repeat at Marsh Mellow!

Absolutely Lovely

Marsh Mellow was a breathtaking home with beautiful decor, amenities and a stunning view. We loved being able to walk to both the beach and into town in just minutes. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked (although I recommend adding a set of better knives) and the layout was perfect for our family and entertaining. Also want to note that the management company may have been the best we’ve ever encountered in regards to communication and timely resolutions. They were wonderful all around.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was perfect for exploring Cape Cod. We easily visited Chatham, Provincetown, Falmouth, Boston, and Newport, all within a comfortable drive. Sandwich is such a charming town—we loved being able to walk to the boardwalk and Jarves Street, where there are adorable shops. Beth's Bakery & Café quickly became one of our favorite stops!The house was clean, well-maintained, and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances worked perfectly, and one of our favorite parts was relaxing on both decks while enjoying the beautiful marsh views.The management company was excellent. They communicated well throughout our stay and quickly brought us an iron when we realized one wasn't provided.The only issue we encountered was an ant problem, which seemed difficult to control despite using the ant traps that were available.As a small suggestion for future guests, it would be helpful if the house included a box of tissues, an all-purpose cleaning spray, and a few kitchen washcloths so guests can easily wipe down the indoor and outdoor tables during their stay.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. The location, views, and comfortable accommodations made it a wonderful home base for exploring Cape Cod. Thank you!
