Everything was great! Perfect location and beautiful condo. Nice open floor plan and wonderful water/marina views. So close to Siesta Beach as well. Host was very responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was small, private and felt safe. Nice pool/s and walking path around the property. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had a great week!! Accommodations were wonderful… no complaints!! We had plenty of space and were all very comfortable during our stay. Views are amazing, that was an added bonus!

Absolutely gorgeous with everything we needed in a perfect location with an outstanding view. Our only complaint was the dryer took a really long time to dry but laundry was definitely not our priority in this relaxing rental.

Overall an excellent property and one we would certainly consider returning to. The standard of accommodation is incredibly high, with everything in as-new condition including the beach goods in the garage.The host was very responsive to the few queries and requests that we raised. The development that the property is on is lovely, with the property occupying one of the best spots on it overlooking the small marina.The only points that potential renters should be aware of (neither of which the owner/host ca do anything about) is the lack of private outdoor space and the location with no bars, restaurants or shops within close walking distance (easily resolved by the Breeze trolley or a car).

Just Listed on the Bay, Walk to SK Beach

Absolutely loved this stay! Plenty of room for 4 kids and adults. Safe neighborhood, 2 pools and super close walk to beach/food/shopping. We will be back!

Everything was in good shape, but there was not much there in terms of supplies. A very small 3 ounce bottle of dish detergent and four rolls of toilet paper for two bathrooms over a week. The kitchen faucet was loose and there were not feminine beach/ pool towels. The price I thought the place would’ve been better provisioned as it was with the previous owners of this unit. Other than that, the suite was clean and as picture.

It was great!

We love Gulfside, and this unit did not disappoint. The accommodations were excellent and the views were amazing. The property management company was great, probably the best we have ever dealt with. Very responsive. A couple of minor issues were resolved quickly. Looking forward to a return trip.

Great property

Great condo and complex. Lots of room for everyone and I loved all the beach equipment in the garage. Master bedroom is huge! The views from the master and the sitting room are spectacular. Both have sliding glass doors so you can be both inside and outside at the same time. The only knock I have on the property is the walk to the beach is farther than I had thought. Not bad on a nice day but can be a bit painful when it is extremely hot out. If you have a car you may want to consider a short drive to the public beach for a shorter walk.

The condo was a great size and had a great layout. We experienced an issue with the AC going out. The rental company addressed as quickly as possible. Also came across some insects which rental company will be addressing. The walk to the beach was a bit farther than indicated especially when transporting beach gear. The pool was nice and convenient to this condo. Rental company did give a small reimbursement due to inconveniences.

Incredible Siesta Key Condo!

We were so happy we found this place🥳 3 bedroom units are so hard to find and this one has it all. Not only is it 3 BR, it's spacious enough that after a long day on the beach, we could chill at home and not feel on top of each other. It's really big, it's very clean, the development is quiet, the view of the harbor and inter-coastal is serene and it has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well appointed. There's a full size washer and dryer which is amazing in a beach rental. The living area is huge with a very large screen smart TV, bonus! The "parents" bedroom is upstairs so plenty of privacy if you want it but close enough that the kids know you're there. The beds are comfy. There's a garage so you can drop off beach toys and they have some there. Oh and did i mention the beach😥the only thing we didn't like was leaving. The beach is stunning and a short walk from the condo. Kids really enjoyed the pool which is just steps away. This really was an amazing place for my family to stay. We are so grateful for the rental. It was a family vacation we will never forget.

Incredible views!

We absolutely loved our time here.This condo was clean & had lots of additional items that would make your load traveling down lighter.There were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart (which was worth its weight in gold), fishing poles, bikes, lots of pool noodles, a cooler, etc. so many wonderful things that you do not have to travel with of your own.The kitchen was well stocked with most anything that you could imagine. My favorite part was the sitting area with the incredible bay/dock views! I sat there and enjoyed my coffee every morning.The glass area opens up to where you can enjoy the outdoors. The main bedroom & en suite are upstairs. Both were a wonderful size & were beautiful. The mattress slept amazing. Our 20 year-old daughter and one of her friends joined us. They each had their own room on the main floor, which was nice. The living room and dining area were decorated beautifully. The walk to the beach was a little longer since our unit was in the back end of the community. We opted to drive the short 3 minute drive each day down to the free public parking area. During the evenings when it was cooler, we would make the walk to go out and enjoy the incredible sunsets. The walk is very doable, but for us during the heat of the day we opted to drive instead. We would most definitely stay here again! The property management company was always timely in their responses and very helpful. We had a lovely trip!

The location and property was lovely. However, when we arrived we were greeted with a note on the door informing us of painting of the property. An inconvenience due to the fact of us having to shuffle vehicles to park in visitor areas and all the painting equipment stored on the driveway for this endeavor. This was not the fault of the workers, but whenever we needed to leave and load up everyone, including 2 nine month old twins it was a bit challenging for all of us. This leads me to the cleanliness of the property, I probably would not have found this to be a large ding on the number for review for cleanliness but we had 2 babies who were siting, crawling and rolling over so I had a firsthand view of dirt on the floor and under the couches. I laid a blanket down to compensate and to keep them safe. I understand its a quick turnaround but cleanliness is important for the next guest when they come in. We also found a pak and play which would of been good for one baby but it was disgusting and filthy. One of the highchairs was missing a tray. Fortunately, my father in law lives in the area and i had sent 2 pak and plays to his house. Also my daughter had brought 2 portable chairs for the twins and we used thoose as high chairs. I only noted thoose 2 items as they need to be replaced or thrown away. Overall the property worked out for the needs of my family and location and the bay made up for the imperfections.
