This rental has everything you need and more. Beautiful view of the river and bridge with an awesome deck. Check-in was a breeze. Met the host several times and was friendly and helpful. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Decorated nicely with many pluses. Games, TVs, coffee and dry bar and close to shopping and restaurants. Check out the bakeries and delis near by. We hope to return.

We stayed here in 2024 and really enjoyed the home. Our daughter and her family live in Champlin and this location is convenient. Very relaxing on the deck after playing with the grandkids all day Now in 2026, there has been additional space in the basement provided. Great stay, thanks

It was very clean and the owners were very nice. There’s a nice walking path in the back that back to the Mississippi river, which it was beautiful.

Riverfront Stay

Beautiful setting on the Mighty Mississippi. Very convenient location with a nice deck overlooking the river.

Awesome Stay

We had a very nice stay, great place. Recently updated. Easy check-in, great communications. The home is on the Mississippi River, great views, nice patio. Quiet neighborhood.

Christmas break

Beautiful accommodations and enjoyed watching the swans on the river. Very clean and easy communication with host. Will stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful

Lovely spacious townhouse decorated tastefully located on the Mississippi River. We enjoyed the tranquil picturesque local. Added plus is all the great bar & grills located nearby, each offering some excellent cuisine.

We were in town for our daughters wedding. It was a great location for us, and the place was tastefully decorated, clean and had enough space for us all. The Mississippi Crossing Event center was so close you could walk on the river path 4 blocks or so to get there. I loved the outdoor space overlooking the river, and the host Delrae and her husband were great!

Perfect property and location to visit with family who live in Minneapolis. Our hosts, Delrae and Brian, were very hospitable and readily available for any questions or issues.The townhome was well equipped, comfortable, and inviting. You couldn’t beat the lovely view of the Mississippi River and the easy access to walking paths. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property! Excellent host. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed in the kitchen. TVs in every room. Easy check-in and out. Walking trails by the river. Lovely view of the river. Quiet neighborhood. Outside is as nice as the inside. Close to everything. Parking is easy. Would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful place to stay with everything you could need. Our stay was short as we were there for a family reunion, and we just stayed for the weekend. This place beats staying in a hotel for sure. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. A deck with a beautiful view! I would definitely seek out this place again if we needed to go to this area for any other reason. It was easy to access, easy to find, and location to so many things like Carribou, restaurants, fast food, groceries. Pricewise, it was more affordable than a hotel, as we would have needed to have 2 hotel rooms just to have 1/4 th of the space we had. More space for toddlers to play. I chose this one as it does accomodate dogs, but we were able to find someone to take care of our pets at home, so we didn't need to bring them. But it would have worked well for them too with a walking path just along the river to walk them. It also had plenty of parking. The only think I can think of is more comfortable seating in the livingroom. The couch was comfortable, but the other 2 chairs were not. The seating in the dining was nice and you can watch TV from there. We didn't spend much time watching tv anyway. Each bedroom has its own tv also.

Beautiful Place on the River

Everything with this place was beautiful! From the breathtaking view of the river to the tastefully decorated interior. The hosts were so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything you need. This was truly one of our best stays! Can’t wait to go back there and enjoy the patio again!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a great house and yard. We enjoyed our whole stay. It was well stocked with necessaties and more than what was expected. There was space enough for a small gathering of family and friends for grandson's birthday. Great patio with grill. River view was beautiful. Even got a pontoon ride on the river. Nice walking path near by. I would highly recommend this location. DelRae and Bryan were friendly and accomodating.

Exceptional place!

We were so pleased with our stay at this lovely Champlin home! Walking in the front door, our initial reaction was positive and that feeling continued as we viewed all of the rooms. We then went outside and the view was just perfect! Our visit in Champlin was for my mom's funeral, and being able to stay in a beautiful, restful home, helped us all.So many extras were in the home to bring our stay to the next level. Comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor added to our wonderful experience!

Beautiful townhouse on River

The townhome is fully equipped and beautifully decorated . The view from the back deck is stunning. It makes for a very relaxing refreshing experience. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s waking distance to Outdoor music venue during the summer months.You will not be disappointed,

Excellent condo

Nicely decorated, spacious condo. Well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, coffee, and toiletries. Very nice location with a great view of the river and walk/bike path. Convenient parking. Hostess thought of everything one could need. Very clean and bright. Highly reasonable rate.

Great townhome for a family stay

We had a lovely stay in Anoka! This townhome was well situated next to the river, with a furnished deck & nice lawn along a river path. The house itself had a well stocked kitchen, great coffee options and a cozy living area. Bedrooms are upstairs, and everyone was comfortable. Bathrooms had toiletry extras in case you forget anything at home, which is always nice. Host was also very communicative and available for anything we needed.All in all a lovely stay that well suited 4 adults and 1 toddler for a few days!
