Beautiful property in a perfect location. The views are spectacular. Very quiet neighborhood, but short walk to many activities.

Vacation

The house was so nice and in an excellent location. Close to everything- the beach, state street cafes restaurants and shops. It was decorated really well, very comfortable and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful, clean, and well-stocked property. The rooftop patio was so relaxing and had a nice view. Hosts were very responsive. The location was within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our family time in Santa Barbara immensely and look forward to coming back!

best time in Santa Barbara

We loved the property we a stayed at. It was close to the beach, pier and dining. we would stay again. We loved the roof top patio with fireplace. We spent a few nights up there. We had one little problem and the managment fixed it with in hours, they were great. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home it was lovely.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was great throughout the process, very responsive and easy to work with. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great location!

This is a great location to the Funk Zone, beach and downtown. Easily walkable to everything for our family. Great communication and the property is amazing. Kept the windows and doors open for a great breeze, everything we needed to grill out one night. Two markets within 450 feet for short needs. LOVED our stay!

40th Birthday Stay

Great location, convenient parking and great unit layout. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative is that the unit would not cool down even with fans and doors open in the evening. Although room with King bed had portable AC, we didn't want to waste electricity using it. However, ceiling fan and floor fan were very helpful. The queen bedroom with balcony also wouldn't cool down with the door open and fan on so our nephew/niece didn't sleep well. Also, thanks for letting us enter the unit early. That was greatly appreciated.

Great weekend getaway location for the wife and I. Only draw back is the whole house didn't have AC (common in CA beach communities) and it was very very hot this past weekend.

For the most part my experience with this rental was great. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to downtown Santa Barbara and lots of good things to do around it. The house itself was clean and nice although only the master bedroom had AC. So it might get uncomfortable on a really hot day. I had the master bedroom though so I was fine. The real issue I had with the place was the administrative headaches. They make you do all kinds of hoops in the beginning like sign extra paperwork and legal docs, upload your IDs and other excessive time wastes. The other part that really bothered me is that they don't just refund you the excessive (1500 on my booking) security deposit. Instead they send you a check like it's 1995. The check takes 2 weeks to arrive too. So if you really want your security deposit back in a timely manner, don't count on it here. I'd still put up with the hassle again just because of the prime location.

The location of Taormina was perfect. In the heart of the Funk zone. The beach and wharf were under 10 minute walks as were most restaurants. Also walkable to downtown, maybe 15-20 minutes. The rental itself was fabulous. Spacious, the pictures make it look smaller but it’s bigger than it looks with plenty of space and seating. The dining table was large and also great for family game night. Kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking and serving. The bedrooms were just what we needed for our family. Master en-suite and then two other rooms down the hall with a shared bathroom. The upper patio deck was perfect! Watch sunrises with coffee or sit by the fire at night with a glass of wine and the string lights on! Private too. Has plenty of seating (high top table, couch, chairs, stools) and a grill. Unit also has a nice full size fridge and washer/dryer set. Garage parking was clutch! Communication with the rental team was timely and available to help. Would stay again!

Beautiful place

The place was really beautiful. But I wish I had known there was no air conditioning. It was quite hot it was difficult for my parents to deal with. I am glad you had an air conditioning in the master bedroom. But the upstairs was pretty unbearable the first day and still hot the next two days. Also, it would've been nice to have a few more condiments especially some olive oil or some type of oil to cook with. The front gate code needs to have an asterisk after it. Also the lockbox is a bit difficult to use it's maybe a bit old? Also I could not get the garage door to lock I am not sure what happened there. But the place was beautiful the water pressure was great and the beds were great!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a very nice townhouse, very clean, well stocked with essentials, and the washer/dryer was very convenient. The beds were comfortable too! It’s in an excellent location and easily walkable to the beach and downtown. There are a lot of stairs, so something to consider if traveling with little kids or the elderly.
