Welcome to the Regal Seagull, your Pacific Northwest family beach cottage nestled within the charming Olivia Beach Community in Lincoln City, Oregon! Here, up to 6 guests can revel in the coastal charm and spirit that defines this inviting sanctuary.



Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this cozy retreat boasts all the comforts of home and more. Curl up by the warm fireplace with a good book or engage in some friendly competition with our selection of fun board games. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals, while beach essentials ensure you're ready for fun-filled days by the shore.



Venture outside and discover beach access just moments away, as well as a community pool just steps away from ocean views along with the vibrant local culture to explore right within Olivia Beach. For ultimate relaxation, indulge in the private jacuzzi or take advantage of the nearby volleyball court, gym or park.

Property Information:

- Minimum age requirement: 25

- Maximum Occupancy (in or outside) is 8 with 2 additional Two years old are under.

- Please note there is an external outward facing camera for security purposes only

- Sorry, no pets, no exceptions

- Three cars maximum at all times (parking is highly regulated in the Olivia Beach community) No on street Parking. We have 2 parking spots in the back of the house (on the hill) next to the garage and 1 spot for a very small compact vehicle. There is no parking alongside the garage and no overflow parking areas within the community.

- Occupancy is not defined by overnight stay. All guests and visitors must be considered as part of your reservation and occupants and you may not exceed our maximum occupancy of 10 * 2 of the 10 must be children under 2*

- Please note that the hot tub key is attached to the octopus key rack on the kitchen wall, along with the key card to the community amenities (gym and pool). There are specific hours for each amenity and the pool is open seasonally from June to September.

Great property! No issues at all. Very clean and well maintained. Close to everything Olivia Beach has to offer. Felt very cozy and the kids loved finding the jokes throughout the house! We'll be back.

Beautiful home great family location. There were a few minor things that were problematic. Dishwasher did not work so cooking for five made clean up a chore. The washer and dryer are worn out,The sofas in the living room are not designed for lounging. We left a pair of Birkenstock sandals behind when I reached out to retrieve them I was told if they were found we would have to pay for shipping and an additional administrative fee of 30 which is fine, absolutely no follow up did they find them or toss them. This was our second time in the Olivia Beach house, compared to our first stay the 850 host fee seems a little steep.

Lovely home! Very well taken care of and stocked for guests. Access to beach is via a lot of stairs, but this didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Getaway!

We stayed a few nights at this beautiful home in Lincoln City. Everything was clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Finding a central location on the Oregon Coast was important to us, and this place made it easy to explore everything the coastline has to offer. The accommodations were fresh and clean, the communication was effortless, and the location couldn’t have been better. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

We booked this property last minute as our other property was cancelled. House is in a great location. Great for kids as they spent a lot of time at the park a block away. The neighborhood is adorable but the houses are a little close together so you have little privacy, but not a big deal. Beach is a short walk and easy to get to. The house didn’t have a grill, which would have been nice since we were there for a week and cook a lot at home. But, the park had a charcoal grill so we made do. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. And, the house didn’t have any dressers in the rooms. Just shelves in the closets. I recommend buying dressers. Again, we stayed a week and it made it difficult to unpack. Furniture was nice and comfortable and everything in the house seemed new. The house is spacious and plenty of room as well traveled with two families and 4 kids. They had their own space. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great house

The lay out of this house is great for a small group. It’s well equipped with everything to do your own cooking. It was clean and comfortable.

Awesome Beach House.

This was a perfect place for us to come enjoy the coast. My wife and I were joined by our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. Nicely stocked, clean and up to date as well as close proximity to a great beach. We will come again.

Location Accuracy was poor

This place is very nice and in a quiet nice neighborhood. The only issue we had was that this place was advertised to be in Otter Rock which it is not. It is in Lincoln City. Since we had activities planned in Newport this added alot of extra driving for us every day. Besides that this place was very nice and I would reccomend it as a place to stay for anyone looking to stay in Lincoln City.

Heavenly Home

The Regal Seagull was a gorgeous, totally redone home. I thought it was brand new but the manager said it had been updated. It was immaculately clean and very well stocked. Very child friendly, too! The neighborhood was so beautiful-a special place-and the beach was not very busy. It was easy to communicate with the management company through texting. We had a problem with the Internet being down but they worked to solve the problem which had to do with T-Mobile. The carriage house was a wonderful additional bedroom. The beach was a few blocks away and so nice to be walkable. Seriously loved this home and we hope we can afford to come back in the future!! Thank you for sharing your home with our family as we escaped the July heat in Idaho!

Amazing house; lovely neighborhood

We were really impressed with the house; the quality of the furnishings, kitchen ware, beds & decor - all superior. The neighborhood, with access to pool and gym, plus park one block away, was attractive and amazingly quiet. The walk to access the beach is a few blocks away and requires traversing about 150 stairs down (& then up!), so may not be for everyone. We went to the beach most nights for sunset - perfect setting! Management was very responsive to needs and inquiries, even delivering 2 wine glasses when I inquired (only plastic ones in the house - surprising given the high quality of everything else). We recommend this home, as long as ocean view is not a requirement. It would be especially perfect for 2 couples or a family - it's well set up for either. For just the 2 of us it was a luxury. Additional nice touches: fireplace, front & back porches w/chairs, very nice bathrooms, beach chairs & towels. They've gone above and beyond to create a comfortable & attractive place.

Perfect Getaway in Lincoln City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Olivia Beach home in Lincoln City, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners with family and friends. One of the highlights of this property is its fantastic location. Just a short walk away, we were able to enjoy the quiet stretch of beach far from busy access points. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We enjoyed the community pool and took a short hike in the neighboring park where we spied a family of white-tail deer. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure that our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this vacation rental apart. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Lincoln City. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories here!
