Our prime location apartment, just minutes away from Broward North College, Fern Forest Nature Center, shopping centers, and Pompano Beach. Conveniently located on the first floor. We do not have a mailbox.



To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.



Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.



Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
