The property was beautiful and accommodations were very good. There is a 3rd 'bedroom' on the property with a twin bed, so we were a little confused because it was listed as 2 bedrooms. Overall, great experience and we enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the area!

Great location and easy check in and check out. Hot tub was great! If you plan to cook in the cabin, they have pans but you will need spoons and forks. Plenty of towels were provided.

Our little getaway

The house was excellent. We had deer visit us while we were making dinner. The overall experience was fantastic and other than some noisy neighbors, it was exactly what we expected. We would like to stay at this property again in the future.

Perfect Get away!

We came to Ruidoso for a quick family trip. Winterfell was perfect for our family of four. We all had our own rooms and beds. After a long day of axe throwing and shopping, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax before starting a warm fire to end the evening!

Nice place

Very nice and cozy place. The master bed is horrible and needs upgraded. It’s most definitely the quality of a motel 6. Would most definitely stay there again if it had a better mattress.

Beautiful Location

Property is in a beautiful area. Hot tub was the star of the show. Had some issues with access code provided and got locked out of property one night. Took some time to reach someone who eventually went out and opened door. Overall, the actual rental was nice for weekend getaway.

Internet was out for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Hot tub was nice. There were some stains on the couch and pillows. Some of the doors were very hard to open/close, which were loud in the middle of the night.

The Cabin was very Clean and Nicely Decorated.

The only Complaints that we had were the Beds and the Couch were not very Comfortable. Everytime you went to sit down the Couch would slide away from you and apart.

Poor check in process, they changed lock code the moment during the check in, we could't actually check in 20 minutes after as we had to call to see what was happening. Cabin was clean in general but not what i would expect for a rental. The master bad room and shower doors were broken and would not close correctly, the kitchen faucet was loose and maintenance had to come to fix it during the stay; the front screen door would not stay closed; the rear door to the cabin was blocked, it had sand bags stacked against the outside screen door, making the door unusable. Furniture is old and not comfortable (beds, sofas, outside chairs), bathrooms were very dated, but we have to admit we enjoy the peaceful environment, nobody mess with you; hub-tub and grill were amazing; kitchen was full stocked with everything you need. Area close to downtown/ doordash availability.

Dissatisfied

Upon arrival the furnish keyless door code didn’t work. Had to call the office to have it reset. There was broken bench on the patio and closet in the master bedroom. The two televisions were not working upon arrival and the house instructions were of no help. Had to call the after hours numbers for assistance again. Then again the next morning. Eventually the gentleman came to get them working.Carpet in the master bedroom needs shampooed
