This property is a great home base for a Bear Lake vacation! The bedrooms are comfortable and the bunkrooms worked perfectly for our grandkids. The big kitchen island along with the table provided dining seats for everyone. Downtown Garden city and the grocery store are very convenient. The hosts were great to work with and very helpful!!

Great family home with plenty of bathrooms for all our married kids. Also, boat parking made it easy to pack the boat and enjoy the lake everyday. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great home for a family gathering

Great home layout for a family gather. Beautifully decorated and enough beds for all. The common areas are spacious and there’s all the amenities needed for a weekend by the lake. There’s also a small patio with a grill on the back! Would definitely stay here again.

The PERFECT location for a getaway!

I've never stayed in a more comfortable rental for a trip! The home had any amenity or accessory we could think of, was in a great location, and was incredibly comfortable for our large group. The grocery store is a short walk away and the lake wasn't far. Our group could easily do things together or split up for activities. Our whole party loved this location so much, we've planned to stay here again in future years. We can't wait to be back!

A wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this home! I was impressed by how clean and comfortable it was. There is a large kitchen that is fully stocked with cups plates pots and pans... everything we needed to feel right at home. There is plenty of room, and the kids LOVED the bunk beds, which are full sized beds. The home is located in a great location, close to a grocery store and the lake. The owner is so friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had about our upcoming stay. We will definately stay here again.

Nicest Bear Lake Stay We’ve Had

This house was AMAZING! All the finishes and space was more than we could have hoped for. They had just installed AC and it was so cool inside. We loved how many blankets they had in every room and the 2 laundry rooms! We also took full advantage of the community pool and boat parking that was in walking distance. these owners really thought of everything when they stocked this house.

Beautiful CLEAN property

The property was very clean and new. The cookware and kitchen appliance were new. The beds were very comfortable. There is a large space with lots of seating upstairs for the family to gather and play games. Proximity to Bear Lake was nice. There is a small store within walking distance. Beautiful property we will definitely rent this property again in the near future.

Bear Lake birthday

The house was well, very clean, and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen is well appointed. The neighborhood is under going a lot of construction and the outside area is not very appealing. Close to the marina but no easy access to the lake.

From the owner: "Mark, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our home and that there was plenty of room for your group. I am sorry for the construction which is not under our control. It is a fairly new community with homes being built. Please explain the lack of access to the lake so we can pass that on to the marina and make improvements. We hope that you will return again."

Family get away

The property is very nice and well taken care of. The full bathrooms were a plus. Having two laundry rooms really helped. Loved the location. We didn’t go to the pool. We would have enjoyed a private hot tub on site but it wasn’t a big issue as we spent most of our time at the lake. The kitchen was great. The people we worked with were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely book this home again

Brand New & Beautiful

We had a wonderful 4 day vacation staying in this charming and beautifully furnished home. The host has thought of every possible need and convenience for guests, especially families. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, baking, you name it, it’s there. The linens are white, clean, and in perfect condition. Extra blankets in each bedroom. We had plenty of space to gather in the kitchen area. Loved the functionality of the large island and how it accommodated our 8 grandchildren. The location was perfect. We definitely recommend this home and hope to be back.
