Sanctuary on the Grove is a newly built and exceptionally furnished home in a peaceful and handy location of Nukuhau, Taupo. With 3 bedrooms + study - made up as a 4th bedroom, + sunroom, a large open plan kitchen that is well equipped with a pod coffee machine, instant hot/chilled water and plenty more as well as a kitchenette and second living area on the second story, this property has space for all to enjoy.

Cook on the BBQ in the lovely outdoor entertaining area, followed by a relaxing soak in the spa pool or simply soak up the sun with a great read in the sun room.

Stay warm and cozy in the winter months and cool in the summer with heat pump/air-conditioning units installed in both the main living areas as well as in each of the 3 bedrooms.

A fully fenced rear section with a grass area for the kids to run around or pop down to the community tennis court which is less than a 5-minute walk away for game of tennis or bring a ball and shoot some hoops using the basketball hoop.
