We had an amazing stay! The house was well laid out, clean, and beautiful! I would suggest the property should switch to digital locks instead of a key to make entering the property and check in smoother!

Best Windsor Hills stay yet!

We stay at Windsor Hills 1-2 times a year and this was our best visit yet! The property had a surplus of clean dishes and cookware the pool was amazing and the rental company was very communicative. This will be the first place we stayed that can’t wait to come back to.

We had a wonderful stay at a villa in Windsor Hills this summer! The villa was newly renovated and beautiful, with lovely bedrooms that were comfortable and inviting. The cinema and arcade area in the garage was a highlight, especially for the kids! The booking process was a bit cumbersome, and the owner required quite a lot of information, which felt a tad inconvenient. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’d love to return!

The location of the house was great and close to everything and there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 10 people. The pool was nice but the hot tub never really got hot. The house is nicely decorated but not clean at all. There was old toothpaste still in sinks, showers were dirty and have mold in corners. I had to wash the 2 master bath mats because they smelled extremely sour when we arrived. The theater room wasn't vacuumed or cleaned. The cushions are stained and there were crumbs everywhere. Half the stuff we used in the kitched had to be washed first there was old food on everything. I had a question before arrival but no one answers messages on the VRBO app, I had to call after not getting a response after 24 hours. Also there were only 7 towels and 2 hand towels for the entire house upon arrival. I called and they brought some the next day but we had to remove tags and wash before we could use them because they were brand new. We stayed at another house the exact layout down the street in June that was so clean and well stocked so we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this house. The beds were comfortable. With the right cleaning company this house would be great.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s location, spacious layout, pool, and comfortable beds. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please know that the property was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, and it passed our quality standards. Once you reported concerns with cleanliness, we immediately offered to send our team to address them, but this service was declined. We respect your decision and apologize that we weren’t able to resolve the matter for you during your stay. Your comments are very important to us, and we will continue to work closely with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure a consistently high standard for all our guests.
