Love the Oro Valley location and the neighborhood’s scenic sunsets. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio seating as well. The inside of the house was roomy and the living areas and the main bedroom/bath were great. The two secondary bedrooms were not appropriately furnished, too dark and hot, and the bed in the smaller one was uncomfortable - no screens and very noisy air conditioner made sleeping difficult on that end of the house. Owner very responsive and we appreciate cleaning supplies and extra linens when requested.

Diane, thank you for your feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed your visit to Oro Valley! I'm sorry that you found the secondary bedrooms to be dissatisfactory due to the lack of screens to open the windows. The window screens are removed to prevent any safety or security concerns of guests, as well as to enhance the cleanliness and indoor temperature control of the house. Kindly, Emi

House was well equipped. Loved all the coffee selections! Primary bed was very comfortable, pillows not so much. Nice touch for guests to have travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap and lotion. Also suppling laundry pods was great. The washer worked well but we had lots of trouble getting the dryer to start. Might need to have it looked at. One of the guest bedrooms only had 1 of 3 fan lights working. Overall a very nice, clean house. Thanks for the extras and sharing your house with us.

From the Owner: "Thanks for your feedback and responses below: Glad you liked the coffee selections and travel-size bath amenities! We stock a variety of pillow types (soft, medium, firm) to accommodate guest preferences, and extra pillows are also available in the guest bedroom closets. It’s not practical to provide a full set of pillow choices for each bedroom, so guests are welcome to exchange pillows between rooms if needed. The dryer is controlled by pushing a button that requires a brief “press and hold” rather than a short tap. We’ll be sure to replace the light bulbs in the fan light, thank you!"

The property was nice. There was an issue with the kitchen faucet & garbage disposal during our stay that was fixed while we were there. The dishwasher started pooling water while running before we left - fix to happenafter our departure. These were minor inconveniences and just part of life. The internet dropped out periodically for a few minutes at a time which made working from the unit a challenge. Having to use my phone as a mobile hotspot to work was a draw back. The AC flow to the secondary bedrooms was the real downside of this rental. I know summers in AZ are hot but the AC barely made a dent in those rooms which was unpleasant for my kids.

From the owner: "Hi Jennifer, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you found the property itself to be nice, and we truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher issues during your stay. While we’re pleased we were able to address those items promptly, we understand how even minor disruptions can affect your overall comfort, and we appreciate your patience as we resolved them. These matters have now been taken care of.We’re also sorry to hear that the internet connectivity and AC flow in the secondary bedrooms did not meet expectations. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential—especially for working remotely—and we regret that you had to resort to using your phone as a hotspot. We’re currently looking into solutions to improve both the internet stability and the cooling efficiency in the secondary bedrooms to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience."
