The condo was beautiful & had everything we needed & the view was spectacular. I loved the birds waking me up every morning & sitting out on the balcony watching the waves while drinking my coffee.

Great property

we loved staying at the condo quite and well located. The beds were comfortable and loved the balcony. Will be coming back to this place.

Amazing sunset view

Spent every morning and evening on the balcony listening to the waves crash, watching the local birds and just taking it all in. Beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable, loved our stay. Loved Flamingo bay/beach!

Condo unit was very clean and well appointed. Great view of the ocean and sunset. The staff at Special Places of Costa Rica were very friendly and prompt at answering any questions. The condo has a great pool and is close to the beach. It is also right up the hill from the small town that has some restaurants and a small grocery store which was convenient. The hill is steep to get to the condo. There is a golf cart rental place directly below the condo if you need a vehicle to help get up and down the hill. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place and location

We loved Oceanica, and this unit was perfect for us. Everything worked well. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Absolutely the only negative is the internet, which is provided by Starlink. It was inconsistent and went on and off frequently. So if a person really needed a good internet connection while staying there, this would be a deal breaker.

Fantastic stay!

This place is fantastic! Clean, very well stocked, excellent sunset views, and with the sound of waves from the balcony. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Truly paradise. The only slight negative was the lack of directions finding it. The driveway to enter the property is not marked and we ended up entering the exit drive, which is marked! Even the zipline shuttle driver couldn’t find the entrance. This is a minor issue and doesn’t change our opinion that this is a fantastic place and we highly recommend it.

What a wonderful place to stay for our family of 4. Just a few minutes walk to the the beach and multiple restaurants. The pool was great and a few steps away from the building. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and the view from the balcony could not be beat. Would highly recommend staying here!
