Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Azalea Sands in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

The home itself and the pool are lovely. It is very spacious and worked well for our group of 14. The bedrooms were as listed and the beds were comfortable. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there which was great and they provided pool floats , which we enjoyed. The furniture in the two living rooms could use some refreshing. Some of the pillows were old and full of fuzz. Several of the bathrooms did not have caddies or shelves to put your shampoo and shower items. Items needing fixing or missing such as trash cans were provided quickly. The support staff was very friendly and easy to reach. We had a wonderful week.

Great place for a big family vacation

Took my senior mens golf group to the beach and stayed at Tillson rd house. This place has everything ! Huge rooms , pool and space for stretching out. Best hosts around. We will be back.

The house was awsome very clean, family friendly. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids love the pool and the lake. We had a wonderful 5th annual family vacation.

Great layout for our group of guys and our golf outing. Awesome pool and patio area to hang out after a long day. Kitchen and living room situation was perfect to cook a meal and relax.

The house is beautiful. We had a big family vacation here and it held everyone with plenty of space to spare. Plenty of storage in the kitchen, itrip (the management) were so accommodating as well. Nothing negative to say! We loved the house and our stay!

One of the best stays I ever had in Myrtle Beach .. spacious, clean, close to the store ..beautiful view in a nice neighbor in the north Myrtle Beach section. I really had a relaxed weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice home and no problems except the clothes dryer broke midweek so we couldn't do laundry for the last 3 day's

Great house!

We had 17 family members all different ages. There wasPlenty of room and everyone had their own space. The furniture and the house had high end quality. The pool and deck was well maintained and the bonus was the lake was full of resident turtles that was a great source of entertainment for the family as they love to cometo the dock to be fed. We had a great time and will likely rent this property again!

Tillson house

Thank you for letting us stay in your house for the week. The house was perfect for our family. The grandkids had a lot of fun playing with the air hockey table and ping pong. They even had fun swimming in the pool on our last day there. Thank you sharing your home. Inly problem we had the microwave went out while we were popping popcorn for the kids. The maintenance guy brought a temporarily microwave at the right time when we were getting to warm up some left overs for lunch. Thank you maintenance guy.

Great location, but needs a little TLC

The house is in an excellent location, convenient to just about everything. The pool was great and the actual house is big, well outfitted. However, for as high end property in a great neighborhood, it could use a little TLC. The yard is a mess. Overgrown and infected with weeds, and there are a few issues within the property, I.e. a few of the mattresses are in terrible shape, some of the overhead fans are noisy, and just a few other minor issues throughout. Things would have gone much better if the managers had offered us a walk-thru upon arrival. So many things we never really figured out on our own. They were quickly responsive when we did have issues.

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location

Our family of 15 (7 adults, 8 pre-teen/teens) spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is very spacious, both inside and out. We got many hours of enjoyment from the game room, pool, and dock. From the pictures, we thought there was a chance that the pool might be small, but it was an excellent size for all of us to enjoy it. The home is located a few blocks away from a beautiful beach. Sometimes we walked and sometimes we drove and parked (parking was not free, but was relatively inexpensive). The beach does not permit any sun shades besides umbrellas, so make sure you plan for that. The home is also located near many shopping options, restaurants, and attractions. The owners/rental agency were very responsive to our texts/communications through the week. We highly recommend this home and will seek it out if we ever return to the area. Thanks for a great week!

The pool was fantastic. The house was not as clean as I would have expected. The furniture was not comfortable and had several stains. The guests before us left trash in the garage that we had to smell until Wednesday. It made the whole downstairs smell. The property manager was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The pool company was there everyday, which got annoying. Feeding the turtles off the dock was relaxing and we all enjoyed it. I would suggest a coded door instead of keys. Would make the check in and out process a lot easier.

Overall the house was nice. There could have been more attention to details on cleaning as there was still dirty dishes in the sink upon our arrival but that was minor. There are TONS of light switches in this house at odd places for the light they belong to. We had to play musical lights the whole time trying to remember which one went with which light they need to be labeled. The hot water was not the greatest at times, it took a while to heat up. The patio bricks are loose in spots just be cautious when walking. Otherwise this was a nice house with plenty of room.

We did offer to send someone over immediately to correct it, and while we appreciate you taking care of it yourselves, we always want our guests to know we’re happy to help in the moment if anything is missed. As for the light switches — you're right, there are a lot! Unfortunately, the layout was designed by the builder and isn't something we can easily modify, but we’ll certainly look into labeling options to help future guests navigate them more easily. The water heater and patio bricks haven’t been brought up by other guests, but we’ll have our maintenance team take a look just to be safe. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall and hope the spacious layout made for a comfortable stay!

This house was dirty when we walked in. I was told someone would come to clean that night. Then when no one showed, I was told someone would be there the next morning. By the next afternoon after texting the host again, someone finally came to clean.Later that night we unfortunately realized the house had a roach infestation. Turn on the lights, the roaches scattered everywhere! Host said they would send someone the next day to treat for roaches, but we never saw anyone.Several contractors came by during our first 2 days to assess work to be done on the roof and the pool. They said the owner is fixing it up for retirement. Also, someone had been inside the house while we were gone because there was a contractor’s business card left on the table that hadn’t been there before.The back patio where the pool is located, is currently being supported by several 2x4 wooden boards. The brick is cracked and slipping down the hill. Only after I requested another place to stay and sent pictures of the slipping patio, stating my safety concerns, did the host find us another suitable house.I don’t know if the owner is aware of any of this, but the property was poorly managed by “trip.” I feel like the cleanliness was not a priority.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this guest experienced — and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important details for future guests. The contractors who briefly visited the property were not scheduled or authorized by our company; they were arranged directly by the property owner without our knowledge. As soon as we learned of this, we reached out to the guest, apologized immediately, and relocated her to a premium resort property — complete with multiple pools and expanded amenities — to ensure her comfort and privacy. The property does receive professional pest control on a recurring schedule. Because this home sits directly on a lake, occasional palmetto bugs (which are common in South Carolina) can appear, and this is noted in our rental agreement. That said, our maintenance team inspected the home immediately after the guest’s departure and found no signs of infestation. Our team responded promptly at every step and took proactive action to resolve each concern, including an upgrade well beyond the original reservation. We’re disappointed that this is how the experience was represented, but we remain committed to providing responsive, transparent service to all guests.

2026 Reed Vacay

One of the best vacations our family have been on in a long time. The home was beautiful, perfect location. Close to everything, yet private enough to make us feel safe and have our own space. Very quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the beach that we could walk. Loved the pool, and the dock so the kids could fish everyday. It truly was a great get away.
