Welcome to your private European Country Chateau in Brush Prairie, just north of Vancouver, Washington. Nestled on 20 picturesque acres with outstanding equestrian facilities, this luxurious retreat offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy for an unforgettable stay.



As you arrive, you'll be greeted by immaculate landscaping that sets the stage for this secluded sanctuary. Spanning 8,591 square feet of quality craftsmanship, the home boasts an array of luxurious amenities and thoughtful design elements to ensure your stay is nothing short of extraordinary.



The Chef's Kitchen is a culinary dream, complete with a butler pantry, two walk-in pantries, and a cozy nook with a fireplace. The spacious den provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing by the fire.



The primary bedroom on the main floor is a true retreat, featuring his and hers en-suite bathrooms and closets, as well as a private courtyard for moments of solitude. Four additional bedroom en-suites offer ample space for family and guests.



Entertainment options abound with a billiards room, movie theater, and arcade room, providing endless fun for all ages. A core highlight of the home is the fully enclosed pool, with a built-in BBQ for outdoor dining and gatherings.



Whether you're relaxing in the luxurious indoor spaces, or soaking in the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape, this European Country Chateau offers a truly exceptional experience.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The property was beautiful! The amenities were great and everyone had rooms and bathrooms to themselves. The horses and donkeys were so fun to watch. The house was a relaxing retreat for our trip.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The pool, the theater, and the game room were great for the youngsters in our group and the adults enjoyed the luxurious bedroom accommodations each with their own private bathroom. The toys and books for the children were a nice touch, and kept them occupied when they were not in the pool. We enjoyed the majority of our meals as a family in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

I simple asked if my wife could check in instead of me but if not that's okay I will make sure that I do. This was the day before checking in. They told me to wait until tomorrow then as we arrived at our airport they reply and say no and cancelled are reservations

Everything was amazing. Wish they sent the check in information sooner rather than me asking them to send it to me and we were kind of bummed that the slide wasn't working but overall it was great!

I want to start by saying this property is huge and has so many great features for a family adventure. Someone once really cared about it However, when we got there at around 4:30 we spent the next two hours with the person who was doing the cleaning who shared that the night before the 12 middle aged men had trashed the house. Disappointing but we initially overlooked it. At first we assumed that this was the reason for some initial appearance of wear. As we stayed longer it was clear that the property had been "aging" for some time. Glass cut my daughter's foot in the foot area followed by my grandchildren making a game of how many piece of glass they could bring up from the bottom of the pool. Window treatments torn to where we couldn't even close the bedroom shade to sleep. The rug, one of the dishwashers, pool area, and kitchen all dirty among other things. I informed the management company who offered to send someone over but there was just too much and we had already spent two hours of our visit with the person doing the cleaning. The size of this house needs a cleaning team not just one person and it needs a maintenance crew to care for it. I think it could be easily be brought back to its glory but over 4K is just to much for what we were met with. Surprisingly, after we told them the issues, they asked us to pull the garbage and recycling (ours and former guest's) to the curb. We had to decline.

Hawaii ‘Ohana Wedding

Horseshoe Haven is simply amazing!! The home is gorgeous, each of the rooms are master suites. The indoor pool was the highlight for our grand babies. Berry picking along the driveway while visiting the horses and cattle was an added bonus. We definitely plan on returning!

Presidents Day weekend

We took an extended weekend with our kids and my father here. Everything about the house was amazing. Sitting in the sauna after playing in the pool was really nice. The movie theater was really cool; the sound system is built into the chairs so it gives you a immersive experience.The only down side was that we had go home; we would have loved to stay longer!

A Great Opportunity

We stayed for a week to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family and we could not have chosen a better property! Adults and kids will love the enclosed pool, game rooms, theater room and watching the horses and livestock occupying the surrounding property. So many amenities that if you're not having fun here it's probably your fault!

This house was perfect for our family vacation with the grandparents, and 2 families. The kids (ages 7-19) loved all the amenities. The house is beautiful and surrounded by pastures with horses. The kitchen is fully stocked, the facilities are huge, the pool is amazing, it is private and beautiful, and there isn’t much that hasn’t been thought of. The only issues we had was one bathroom didn’t have hot water but there were 5 other showers so it wasn’t a problem and the BBQ heats very unevenly and is hard to cook on. Other than that, this place was perfect and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. You won’t regret staying here!

GREAT STAY IN BRUSH PRAIRIE WA at a STUNNING PROPERTY

We recently stayed at this beautiful Brush Prairie, WA property to celebrate my husband’s 60th milestone birthday with our closest friends and family—and it was absolutely perfect!The home is situated on stunning acreage overlooking pastures with horses, offering a serene, postcard-worthy backdrop. Waking up to that peaceful view was a highlight We all enjoyed the pool immensely, it was definitely a highlight for pur group.The theater was also an absolute favorite! Movie night together was a blast!The kitchen was well-equipped—ideal for food prep and our group gathering for meals, games, and great conversations. The open layout made cooking and socializing in one space effortless.

Alnas ‘Ohana Retreat

This was our second trip to Horse Shoe Haven, and plan to continue to return annually. We absolutely love the property!!! No reason to look anywhere else for my family size (four adult children and their spouses/guests plus grandbabies.) 4 KB suites plus the 1 Master Suite works perfectly! Not to mention the indoor pool that remains the highlight for the littles:) Full recognition to the landscape/maintenance team for the immaculate work surrounding the property!! Mahalo again for another amazing experience!!!
