Great location and easy to walk to many places with our 3 kids. Parking was always available nearby. Would stay there again!

The property was great and in an excellent location. Easy to walk everywhere and felt very safe. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient and any needed changes were handled well. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great experience at Washington Square Abode with Lucky Savannah. It's a great location, being easy walking distance to River Street and the North Historic District. Our family also loved being such a short walk from The Pirate's House our first night after a long ride in the car. Our kids love to play outside, so being right across from Washington Square Park proved a great space to kick a soccer ball early in the morning before getting out and about for the day. Lastly, I was impressed with Lucky Savannah's responsiveness - we had two very minor mishaps during our trip, and they were very quick to get things resolved for us. We'll definitely book with Lucky Savannah again!

Beautiful home in a great location

Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location and the pictures provided are accurate. We loved sitting in Washington Square in the afternoons to people watch and enjoy a cold drink. We got lucky and found a parking spot on the side of the house which was very convenient for packing/unpacking. If you don’t have a car, don’t worry because you can walk everywhere within minutes! The bay front is a very short walk and we always felt safe, day or night. One suggestion for the property owner would be to finish the tiny courtyard out back with a bistro table for morning coffee or evening wine. It seems like an opportunity begging to be brought to life! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great with very small details to improve like- ice maker/water dispenser was very sensitive and turns on when shutting fridge, no soap shelf in upstairs shower, no cookie sheets in kitchen. These are super small details and overall was fantastic for location, space and cleanliness.

The property was immaculate with a beautiful view that fronts on Washington Square. The property affords easy access to walking around downtown, trolley stops, restaurants and is an easy drive to Tybee Island. It also is perfect for viewing the St. Patrick's Day parade. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing

Cutest place in the best location. Had amazing experience. We were in town for volleyball tournament and this place was perfect for walking to ferry and downtown.

Great location and Great Place to Stay with Family

The propoerty was lovely very clean and very well appointed.Complete with everything you need to visit and stay right in downtown close to the river walk area, Pirate house, the Savannah theater. The townhouse was perfect with three bedrooms all very well setup and with plenty of towels, soaps, and even detergent for the washing machine should you need it. Loved the Support from the property managment team always there to help at a moments notice. Thank you all for a great stay.

Fabulous Downtown Location

House was nicely furnished but still baby friendly. The house was very clean, nice toiletries, well stocked kitchen & lots of seating in the living room. The 3rd bedroom was a favorite for the kids & the large chalkboard was entertaining for kids & adults! Walking distance to many downtown restaurants (especially Java Burrito) was perfect!

Fabulous girlfriends getaway for Galentines

Great weekend in Savannah. The only bummer was it poured rain on Saturday so couldn’t do much except sit inside a sports bar and watch basketball. But the location of the place was excellent. Walking distance to river street and tons of restaurants and bars. Perfect size for us. ❤️💕💜

Great location- managed by a local conglomerate

Sold as a family friendly place. Perhaps for older (5-6 year old and above) children, but not younger. Property company was not helpful for a traveling family with one small child. Great walkable location on the NE tip of the historic district. Medium clean bathrooms and kitchen. Bedrooms were very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay the location was great & the house too except for a problem with the guest bedroom with the twin bed had fleas in it.. we had to double up to sleep because I would not let my granddaughter sleep in that room

Savannah House

Everything was clean and the rooms exactly as described. As others say about the musty smell yes you do notice it as soon as you walk in, but it’s in a hot and humid state so that’s somewhat expected. The only things I would recommend is have someone go in and set the air to 70 and perhaps get a room a/c for the front bedroom. It was so darn hot in the house when we arrived and the upstairs front rooms never cooled off. We had to get extra fans from family just to be able to sleep up there. We even went to look for black flat sheets to put over the windows upstairs. My suggestion would be to stay when it’s not so hot and humid. Location for this place is ideal.

Comfort and Convenience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with friends for a wedding. The property was conveniently located and incredibly walkable through all of Historic Savannah, so much so that most of us didn't rent cars for our stay. For our friends that drove down, parking was a challenge at first so I would encourage others to look ahead for options rather than trying to find a spot when you first drive up. The property was very comfortable and outfitted well but was missing a few things I thought would have been included. There were no coasters in the kitchen/living room area, and there wasn't a matching set of wine glasses for the number of people the property is listed as serving. The incorrect wifi information was listed in our check in binder, but management was very responsive to get us online.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveling home to Florida from Minnesota and stayed over in Savannah for 4 days. Arrived later in the evening at the property and had access to the property without problems. Lovely house. Only thing I would suggest is in the summer time it is very hot and the a/c is set to 78. It took about 3 hours for the home to cool off. Maybe on the day of arrival the management company can set the air a little lower so its already cool upon arrival.Other than that, the stay was great. Great location, walked everywhere and enjoyed an authentic Italian meal nearby at Bella Napoli Italian Bistro.

The location was great! Everything is just a quick walk away. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds very comfortably. The bathrooms were very nice with modern decor that respected the history of the residence. The washer and dryer functioned as expected. The internet connection was a bit off and wouldn't stay connected. We later found out that there was an outage. The remodeling in the immediate area was not an issue for us during our stay an it was relatively quiet in the early morning hours. The parking was great and very convenient to the location. We seldom moved the car but the daily rates for parking is inexpensive. The view of the square was nice to look at in the morning. The square even comes with local cats who are well cared for. They bother absolutely no one.The property management team at Lucky Savannah was fantastic! They were pleasant to speak with and helpful. This added to the overall experience!The house is in such great condition! We will definitely stay there again!
