Perfect location for all things. The bikes are a huge plus and what sold us on this unit. Close to the beach and shopping/dining. Neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful in telling us short cuts to the beach. Comfortable for our family of 6, beds for everyone. We highly recommend this place and these hosts! The perfect little getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 4 with two young children and we loved everything about this place. The pool was a short walk away and the beach was a quick half mile walk. The big playground was practically in our backyard. All the shopping was super close as well. The laundry being included was also a huge plus. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Modern, clean, convenient condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very clean upon arrival and well-stocked. Convenient location walking distance to the beach and Coligny plaza. We didn't use the pool area other than to wash the sand off our feet in the shower but the pool area was nice. I would recommend the unit have a pizza cutter and a small laundry basket or two.

Clean Villa, Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay here. The unit was very clean and the location was fantastic - easy walk or bike to the beach, Coligny and Celebration Park. The beach gear and bikes included were a great perk, we used them tons. It was nice to have the pool on site too. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first day and it was taken care of almost immediately by the management company. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily book here again.

Mom visit

Everything went good Great location. I was disappointed to find cat/dog hair in the (king) bedroom. Both me and my wife had allergic reactions. I’m very sensitive to pet hair and my wife experienced some facial breakouts. There was only hair in that particular room. I took pics if you need proof. Thanks for the vacuum! We were able to vacuum everything on Friday morning. Also the rug under the kitchen table was started to separate from the adhesive tape. Other than that, great location and beautiful villa.

Thank you for your feedback, Preston. We apologize for the pet hair issue in the king bedroom and any discomfort it caused. Your comments about the rug have been noted as well. We're glad the location and villa met your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the initiative to vacuum during your stay. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

This was the perfect place for a week to spend with my adult daughter and 4 grandkids, 2 teens and a 3 & 5. The beach is 2 blocks away, pool is shaded at the complex, and the best playground I’ve ever seen was a block behind the condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, kitchen has fully stocked dishware and cooking equipment that made meals a breeze. Having washer/dryer in the unit is the only way to go so clothes were washed daily and no yucky bathing suits hanging in the bathroom. We loved this condo complex and will definitely be returning!
