Great place to stay

This was our second time at this property. Sara is a great host of her home. Everything you need is there, and if you have any questions or concerns she is on it right away. We have booked her house for next winter again. Thanks again to Sara.

Very clean inside and out. Pool was well maintained

Enjoyed our stay despite all the rain. House has an updated kitchen and all the beach toys you'll need. Short walk to the beach and plenty of places to take your bikes. Remember to bring a DVD player if you want to watch your own movies. Sara was very nice and reachable. We look forward to coming next year!!

It was great to be back.

We had stayed here two years previous to Covid. This is a great spot close to the beach with good neighbours. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Sara is a fantastic host and is always making sure your stay is the best. You can’t go wrong renting this house!! Enjoy.

Great Property, Perfect Location, Steps to Beach, Private Pool!

My family and I loved this property! Sara, the owner was very pleasant to work with. The property is better in person than pictured. The home was clean and pretty, the pool and yard was very nice and well maintained. If you like to be steps from the beach, while having a nice private pool to relax by than this is it! The home is just 5 minute drive to Flagler Street where you'll find all the bustling crowds, shops and music. I will definitely rent this property again!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here, the weather was perfect and the house was wonderful. We did not want for anything during our stay. The house was clean, as described with more comforts that you could ask for in a rental. Communication was on point, and Sara even noticed I had been double charged for insurance before I did and already reached out on my behalf to get that resolved. I would 10/10 stay here again. I didn't want to leave :)

First Visit to New Smyrna Beach

Excellent modern house, fully equipped with modern appliances. Nice pool inside a large lanai. Close to beach. We had never been to New Smyrna before and were impressed with the town and facilities.Joined the Senior Center to play bridge and were made very welcome. The house is handicap accessible, but care is required in the bathroom shower if you have limited mobility and a ramp is needed for wheelchair access to the pool area. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Exactly what we were looking for in NSB

We had a great time at this house, pool was perfect for our 5 and 6 year old kids! House was spotless when we got there and has pretty much everything you need for a week in New Smyrna...grill, pool toys, beach toys, chairs, bikes etc. The alarm to the pool took a day or two to get used to but glad it was there as our kids could not sneak out to the pool when we weren't looking! Neighborhood is pretty quiet and not far from the beach. We didn't have any issues with anything in the house, everything is updated and good quality...all-in-all a great experience and we will be back next time we come to NSB!

Made a great trip magical!

We stayed for a month and it was great to swim every day and slip over to the beach whenever we wanted. The property owner is great to connect with and very accommodating! We had so much fun. If we return to the area for a vacation, we will book again!

A Private Tropical Oasis! A+++

We loved everything about our stay! Everything was perfect! Sara is an awesome host who has thought of all the details big and small to make her home into the very best vacation spot . We stayed for 5 weeks in May/June, and we can’t wait to go back. The house was very clean and the furniture, including the beds, was nice and comfortable. The backyard is surrounded by tropical foliage that makes it feel like you are in your own tropical paradise when you are using the pool or lawn furniture. The beautiful beach is just an easy 1/4 mile walk away, and you will have it mostly to yourself as there is no public parking nearby. We’re pretty picky and this place absolutely exceed our expectations.

Saxon home

Rented property for me month. Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean with arrival, had 3 child life vests, all pool towels and beach toys and chairs. Kitchen well appointed. Host was great with communication. Neighborhood very peaceful with beach a 4 minute walk away.

Beautiful home with steps to the beach!

We loved that beach chairs, toys, bikes, and games were all available for our use. Sara had a welcome packet with are restaurants and numbers all to our avail. The pool was a little chilly but Sara was proactive with the pool maintenance. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice!

Getting out of a northern winter to NSB is the best! The house is modern, easy to keep clean. Well located for everything. Staying in to cook dinner is great, everything needed is there. Morning coffee on the back by the pool was a treat. Sara is so accommodating! All calls were answered quickly. She took good care of us and we appreciate that. Got to see a space launch 🚀 , went to Cape Canaveral National Seashore for free on MLK Jr day, discovered the walkway on the dunes and saw gopher tortoises 🐢. We get the pass for the drive on beach so even on windy , cool days we could watch the windsurfers. Always fun!

Great location and everything we needed!

The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach which we loved, and they had everything you needed for a day at the beach. We also loved that there weren't many people on the beach where the boardwalk was, so we pretty much had the beach to yourself. The owner as excellent to deal with and she has truly thought of almost everything you could need while you're there. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great spot!

Beautiful home, pool and location. A short walk to the quiet beach. The house had plenty of extras such as towels, coffee and many other items that made the stay even more comfortable. Great location for many things. Highly recommended.

Great Location

My husband and myself, our daughter, and our 2 grandsons aged 9 and 11 enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The boys loved the pool and the screened in outdoor area is well furnished and comfortable. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, close to the beach and stores and restaurants. Our daughter took the boys to Lego Land one day, and to Universal Harry Potter another. We will most likely be back to New Smyrna Beach because there is so much to do.
