From the Owner: "Glad you had an enjoyable stay. I have a Leaf Water Solutions System, even with UV. Plus a reverse osmosis tank/facet by the sink for coffee, tea, and filling your water bottles too. The refrigerator has a separate filter system besides what is in the refrigerator. Just started in July, so a work in progress."

We want our guests to have all the information they need before their stay, and we’re sorry to hear there was confusion about the pool heating. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: - The listing notes that the private pool is heated seasonally with a heat pump, typically starting in March, and that the heat pump cannot be used during periods of low temperatures. - After hearing your feedback, the Guest Contact reviewed their records but was unable to locate prior communication regarding the pool temperature. - We understand how disappointing it can be when an amenity isn’t available as expected, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To clarify, the property is equipped with a Leaf Water Solutions treatment system that includes UV protection. Additionally, there is a Reverse Osmosis tank and faucet at the sink for filling water bottles and preparing drinks. The refrigerator also has a separate filtration system for ice and water, in addition to the refrigerator's built-in filter.-Regarding the pool area, we want to assure you that there is only one camera present. For your privacy, we provide a towel to cover the camera upon check-in, and we kindly ask that it be replaced before your departure. We are confident that no additional cameras are installed in that area.We're happy to hear that your overall experience during your stay was enjoyable. I liked your statement, "The way the woods surround the pool and have been cleared underneath so you can see the way in there makes you feel like you are in Jurassic Park. " The woods behind the house are old Cypress Trees and palms mostly. This is the reason I like it as well and working on making it look better with some plants that will survive there too.
