This four-bedroom home will accommodate everyone with ease, including twin bunks for the kids. There is also a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two double beds. There are two full baths, great views of the lake from the kitchen, and dining and living room areas. Two of the upper bedrooms include access to private decks. There is a large backyard with a deck table and chairs and private dock.

Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety, 4 Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive or two wheel drive with accessible chains or cables are recommended for Colorado travel November-May.
