We've stayed here 3 different times, now - and we love it! Especially enjoyed the new air conditioning - and the new fishing dock! We will be back!

Fantastic Place!

This was our first time in Pagosa. Our house was fantastic. Very clean. Had all of the amenities we needed. This was a ski trip with a lot of weather challenges (travel in/out, ski conditions), but the house was not one of them. It was great!

Excellent Rental!

This property was THE perfect place for our getaway to Pagosa Springs. We had 4 families traveling together and this rental was spacious and clean. We each had our own space and the common areas were perfect for relaxing together, sharing a meal or playing games. We can’t wait to stay here again. It’s very close to town and the hot springs. The property is also on a lake and has a great patio.

Just What I Needed…

Being in this home was absolutely amazing. I sat on the balcony and watched the deer nibble on the grass, then the ducks came over and rested under the shade trees. The first morning was just as spectacular as I watched the hot air balloon go across the sky. This home has everything you could imagine: kitchen - cook away you shelf’s! The outdoor space has many areas to entertain plus a huge grill. All of the rooms are clean with plenty of space. The entire downstairs has ample room for many people to be comfortable. The only negative I had was - I had to leave. I could easily spend weeks in this luxurious home. Huge shoutout to the host - she made me feel like I was family!

Nice place, but some room for improvement. The good:Tons of space, proper lakefront lot, fairly well-equipped kitchen (with sharp knives!), close proximity to both town and trails. Very responsive management company. Not so good:Wasn’t cleaned terribly well, mattresses not the most comfortable, paddles missing/ broken for kayak and SUP, 5-cup coffeemaker in a house that sleeps 10. Lots of geese and their droppings in the yard.

Nice Location, Lake Front

Very clean, well furnished home located on the water. Saw many deer, geese, otters, ect. The orginal side of the house, upstairs bedrooms get a little warm in the middle of the day on the hotest days. I realize a lot of homes in the area dont have A/C and utilize fans and open windows. It does cool off fast in the evenings. It wasn't an issue for us using floor fans and open windows where necessary. The master suite side, the bunkbed room, and living area all have excellent A/C. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Its very easy to get to. Beautiful view. We will stay here again.
