Perfect location right on the beach! Our group was amazed by the ease and proximity to the beautiful water. It is a wonderful house for a large group of varying ages. So many nooks for quiet reading and several large spaces for full party gatherings. Very responsive management company who arrived immediately to repair any potential issue.

Great trip. We had a few issues with the elevator and refrigerator, but the host addressed these as quickly as possible. The separate houses took some getting used to, but by the end of the week we didn't notice. The outdoor area is amazing and by far the best part of the property.

The house was perfect for our family of 14. The kids stayed in the apartment and the adults in the main house. It was heaven. The pool area with the putting green, pool table, ping pong table and corn hole game was great. The kids always had something to occupy them. The pool with its waterfalls and hot tub was just amazing. Being right on the beach was the best. We had breakfast every morning on the deck outside of the kitchen area and watched dolphins and manatees swim by and feed. The free AMI trolley stop was right outside the front door and took us all over the island. Best vacation we’ve had in a while.

Our overall experience was great! The place had lots of fun things for our families to use.!! There were a few things that could be improved! The elevator on the smaller side did not work. The internet was very poor with very slow service when it did work. The beach umbrellas were both broken & the beach equipment was not in the best condition. For the price, the supplies were extremely limited compared to other vacation rentals we’ve used. However, we all had an amazing time! Thank you!

Location, location, location. Imagine waking everyday to the sun rising to shine on the Gulf waters. When you go outside, if you skip the pool that wraps around the house, you are only steps away from the beach with fine, white sand and clear, calm waters. That’s what we had each day. Along with 5 putting greens, ping pong, pool table and corn hole, adults and kids had plenty to do each day. The pool was definitely the big winner. Our time there was unique since sea turtles had nested their eggs and it was hatching time. The gentleman that came to clean the pool found a baby turtle in the drain. Rescue team was called and they were going to take the little one to the Sarasota Aquarium to clean it up and make certain that it was ok to release later in the week. Anna Maria Life was an amazing host. They got us into the house right on time. When we discovered an issue with electrical outlets in the kitchen, they handled in in a very timely manner even though we were fine with the circuits that weren’t working. They wanted everything to be perfect. Hats off to everyone at AML. Only more time at the beach house could have made it any better. We will be back in touch with the fine team of AML. Thank you for an awesome week.

The host was excellent! We love that home away from home for many reasons. The location on the beach, all the bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, the pool, ping pong table, the pool table, the putter grounds. Second time there.

Refrigerator was broken and leaking water, and began beeping constantly during our last night and morning. The grill control handles did not turn to regulate the fire and we need pliers to do that. The grill did not get hot enough and we had to finish cooking in the oven. A toilet was not functioning properly. Very disappointing for what we paid, 24,000. Location and amenities were excellent and family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation despite issues noted.

Wonderful family vacation with 10 adults and 10 kids ages 5 and under. The pool and beach were a big hit. Really enjoyed having two kitchens. I would have liked some baby items available - such as crib, highchair …etc. Highly recommend. When talking about next year several of our crew voted to return here.
