The Space:

Modern, spacious and all on one level, Tomakin Tonic is designed for relaxed and easy coastal stays, with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out.



The open-plan kitchen, dining and main living area provides a bright and comfortable space to come together, with direct access to the sunny outdoor patio and seating area. Enjoy slow breakfasts, casual meals, afternoon drinks or simply relax here after a day at the beach.



The modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with generous bench space and a second fridge providing plenty of room for food and drinks when travelling with a larger group.



A separate second living and media area gives everyone a little more flexibility during their stay. With games, books and DVDs available, it’s a great additional space for families, longer stays or simply when guests want somewhere quieter to unwind.



All four bedrooms are comfortably appointed, with the main bedroom featuring a walk-in robe and private ensuite with double basins and heated towel rails. The main bathroom includes a large bathtub, and an additional powder room makes mornings and evenings easier when the home is full.

Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Guest Access:

Tomakin is one of the South Coast’s relaxed coastal villages, surrounded by beaches, the Tomaga River and beautiful natural scenery.



From the property, you can take an easy, flat walk to three beaches, the river and boat ramp, making swimming, fishing, kayaking and days by the water an effortless part of your holiday.



Rivermouth Café is also within walking distance for your morning coffee or breakfast, along with the Tomakin Sports & Social Club for meals and entertainment.



The local IGA is only a short drive away for groceries and essentials.



Tomakin is also a great base for exploring the wider Eurobodalla region, including nearby Broulee, Mossy Point, Mogo and Batemans Bay.



Getting Around:

One of the advantages of staying at Tomakin Tonic is how much you can enjoy without needing the car.



The beaches, river, boat ramp, local café and club are all within easy walking distance, with relatively flat access making it easy to head out on foot.



A car is recommended for exploring further afield, including Broulee, Mossy Point, Mogo, Batemans Bay and the surrounding South Coast.



The property also has a double lock-up garage for secure parking.



Other Things to Note:

Linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.



A starter supply of basic guest essentials is provided for your arrival. As these are starter quantities only, guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.



No pets are permitted at the property.



Tomakin Tonic has a strictly no-party policy. Schoolies bookings, parties, functions and events are not accepted.



Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
