The Space:

Thoughtfully designed to embrace its natural surroundings, this beautifully appointed home feels bright, airy and inviting. Expansive glazing draws in natural light while framing views of the surrounding bushland.



At the centre of the home, the open-plan living area invites guests to slow down and settle in. A generous lounge provides a comfortable spot to gather for movies, conversations or a quiet evening after exploring the region. The sleek kitchen pairs dark cabinetry with crisp stone surfaces and is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners. The oversized island bench doubles as both a preparation space and dining hub, encouraging relaxed meals, local wine tastings and easy connection throughout the day.



A front balcony overlooking the surrounding Jarrah forest provides the perfect spot to start the day, while the quiet outdoor setting and BBQ area set the scene for leisurely afternoons and relaxed evenings outdoors. The tranquil outlook creates a welcome sense of retreat, yet the region's cafés, wineries and attractions are all within easy reach.



Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed as private sanctuaries, each featuring a king bed, soft furnishings and its own ensuite. The bathrooms showcase walk-in showers and practical layouts that make travelling with another couple particularly comfortable.



Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and driveway parking provides added convenience for guests arriving by car. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, except for the garage. Please make yourselves at home!

Positioned close to the heart of Margaret River, this home places the region's renowned food, wine and outdoor experiences within easy reach. Getting Around:

Parking: Free driveway parking is available for guests. Please note the garage is not accessible during your stay.



Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is approximately a 42-minute drive away.



Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is an 11-minute walk from the property.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.





Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and the surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeiture of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.





School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.





Pet Policy:

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.





Rental Agreement:

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
