Settle into this 7-bedroom Millcreek estate, where 11 beds sleep 16 and a 14-person swim spa waits in the private backyard. Kids get their own playground, cooks get a chef's kitchen, and everyone gets a movie night on one of two 86-inch screens. Upgraded throughout in 2026, with an EV charger in the garage and outdoor dining off the patio. Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird are about 20 minutes away, Park City 25 via direct I-215 access.



A private estate in Millcreek, surrounded by trees and greenery, minutes from Salt Lake City and Utah's premier ski resorts. The whole house was upgraded in 2026, with new appliances and furnishings throughout.



The backyard



The yard is the heart of this place. A swim spa seats 14 and gives you endless swimming on one end and a jacuzzi on the other, professionally maintained between stays. There's a private playground for the kids, outdoor dining, and a BBQ for evenings on the patio.



Kitchen and gathering



The open-concept chef's kitchen flows into a large dining area, fully equipped for cooking at group scale, with two refrigerators and two freezers. Multiple living areas mean the group can split up: two 86" cinema TVs and several 65" screens across the house. Dual-zone heating and cooling, with separate systems upstairs and down, keeps everyone comfortable.

If your group is larger than 16 or your dates aren't available, we host several nearby Salt Lake City homes that may work for the same trip, including two more within about a 5-minute walk and a larger luxury estate about a 5-minute drive away. It's a good setup for family reunions, ski trips, and multi-family stays needing more bedrooms, beds, parking, or shared gathering space. Availability varies, so message us for details. Each property is booked separately.



⮞ Getting to the slopes ⮜



Direct I-215 access puts Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird about 20 minutes away, and Park City about 25. The two-car garage is a great spot to stash skis and boards between days.



⮞ Parking ⮜



Five vehicles maximum, no exceptions: two in the garage, which has a 6'5" height limit, and three in the driveway. Street parking isn't permitted at any time and is city-enforced, with towing and fines possible. All vehicles need to fit fully within their spaces.



⮞ Guest access and services ⮜



Guests have the entire estate. Grocery delivery is available, and on request we can arrange a private chef, catering, fridge stocking, extra cleaning, gear rentals, and babysitter recommendations. There's also an EV charger (J1772) on site.



⮞ Local hosting, whenever you need it ⮜



Our estate handyman, Roger, is nearby and reachable by text or phone, whether you need a refill, a quick fix, or a walkthrough of how something works. Guests mention the hospitality here more than anything else, and we'd love for you to experience it too.



⮞ A quiet, private neighborhood ⮜



The villa sits on a quiet residential street, and we ask all guests to help preserve that for our neighbors. Please review our house rules before booking, including quiet hours and our no-events policy.



⮞ House Rules and other things to note ⮜



● Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The home is located in a quiet, private residential neighborhood, and these quiet hours are required by local regulations. We ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

● No parties, events or gatherings. Only registered guests included in the reservation may be on the property. Parties, weddings, corporate events, and other organized gatherings beyond the reserved group are not permitted unless otherwise approved by us before your stay. Please reach out to us with any questions.

● No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, including marijuana. A $5,000 fee applies to violations of this policy.

● Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times and match the number of guests on the reservation.

● Violations of the no-events or occupancy policy may result in a $10,000 fee, in addition to any applicable charges or penalties imposed by local authorities, as well as early termination of the stay in accordance with our Terms of Service.

● No pets are permitted at the property.

● Street parking is not allowed and vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

● Please remove your shoes indoors.
