We accept reservations for a minimum of 7 people.
If your group is larger than 25 people, we have 2 nearby houses with the same layout: 4 bedrooms and 3 floors, totaling 49 people.
We are located near the Santa Cruz Shopping Mall and Metro station.
The area is full of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies.
Easy access to the entire city via the north and south corridor (Avenida 23 de Maio).
We have 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, and 2 with single beds.
5 bathrooms (3 showers in total).
Garage for 1 car and parking on the corner at a cost of R$ 25 for 10 hours.
We have specific days for trash collection; please specify this when booking.
Quiet, residential area.
We ask for silence, respecting the noise ordinance in effect in the country from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay.
For parties, filming, and events, please contact us.
Please provide us with the details of all guests who will be staying at the house (name and ID or passport number).
We offer daily cleaning to help keep the space tidy, at no extra cost.
We provide linens except for towels due to the risk of damage from makeup; towels can be provided separately for an additional cost of R$10 per person and accommodation.
