The unit was on the smaller side but slept seven. The pool and beach access were awesome! The pull-out couch had clean sheets to put on, but it was so dirty when you opened it up for the first time to use it. The living room rug was really dirty and had rolled edges, posing a trip hazard. It had four forks and a couple of spoons. It just seemed like it could be better stocked with basic utensils. The security staff was nice, parking was easy, and it was close to everything.

I was very pleased with the size of the condo and the easy access to the pool and the beach. We did find food stuck on the faucet in the kitchen, crumbs and candy on the bar stools and on the floor in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. I also noticed the sheets on the bed I was going to sleep had not been cleaned. I am hoping this was an oversight.

This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles.

It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!

Very clean and plenty of space. My husband, myself and our adult son had plenty of space to relax for a few days. The condo was very clean and just a quick walk down to the beach! A fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans etc, just need a strainer. All appliances worked well and we appreciated the ability to use the keurig since we had brought our own kcups. They also have a drip coffee pot and supplied coffee for that as well. Dish soap, paper towels etc were supplied which made it nice. Tvs In every room! We thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway! So relaxing! We will definitely keep this unit and place in mind for future vacations!

Great space. Easy check on and check out. Difficult to unlock door to unit. Had to use deadbolt or did not lock from outside or inside. Needs some updating of chair and ottoman -worn. Replace living room rug. Needs treads in bathtubs for safety. Needs Keurig added to kitchen. Nice stay. Quiet property.

Our stay was great. I only had one bad experience there ,I am disabled and there was a van ,parked in a handicap spot,so I moved to another handicap spot and a lady told me I had to move because she a van and I had a car,but I told by property security that I had to moved and my handicap decals was on display and current so why was I made to move for someone else. I have had 5 back operations and a knee replacement. That’s my only complaint. Thanks

A angry single mom

I booked this property for my 10 year old birthday. I knew ahead of time that rain was in the forcast so i wanted a property with an indoor pool. This property stated that they had an indoor pool. I get to the property and the cleaning employees stated that the pool been down. The property also stated no house parties so i couldn't afford for us to get put out. Im a single parent and i saved for six months to take my kids to the beach. I couldnt afford the expensive game room across the street but i could afford a room on the beach with an indoor pool .we were unable to enjoy it like we wanted too. The room was clean but they shouldn't say that the indoor pool is available when its not. Ruined our trip..

Roaches!!

Considering we were treated with Roaches! The place looked nice. There were dishes there to use. Refrigerator was clean. It smelled stuffy. The second night MORE roaches!!! And even more on the 3rd night. We ended up sleeping with the lights on. There was a load of dirty towels left in the washer that I didn’t discover until the morning we were leaving. That was very gross. The treatment from hotels.com was excellent but from the actual resort no so much. So if you stay here please take pictures of the roaches because they informed me the place did not have roaches but in fact it does. And their are plenty. And here is the part that bothered me the most I wasn’t going to complain til they sent me a million text messages asking how was my stay.

We loved unit 406! We felt very at home. Everything was nice, comfortable, clean. The condo sits perpendicular to the beach which limits the view from the units in the back, but was still nice. There were workers at the condo next door, which made it a bit noisy sitting on the balcony. Also, the master bathroom sink was slow to drain. Other than that, it was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. 😊
