It was a great stay at Somerset! The staff were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great in the room and in common area. There was also free tuk tuk shuttle service. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Bangkok another time.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was our second stay here the staff is unbelievably kind, thoughtful, and just an overall joy to be around. They went above and beyond and upgraded our room. I will literally never stay anywhere else in Bangkok, the Neighbourhood, the staff the room it’s just all lovely.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in this area. First and foremost this is a phenomenal area when visiting Bangkok. I highly recommend Thonglor. But more than anything I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, with all the amenities that a traveler would need. The staff is absolutely lovely and makes me feel like I’m at home. They’ve taken such great care of me. Staff were very kind the room is nice and spacious but had to call room service multiple time for one concern which could have been fixed sooner.
