Our stay at this property was pleasant, the receptionist( Mahdi) was so helpful. The apartment was good, However the AC was not working and since our apartment was facing the sunrise I was sweating since I woke up in the morning.

Poor communication - it took them 30 min to find our reservation. the phone # on the reservation was wrong - belongs to someone who has nothing to do with the property. AC was not working and we had to pay extra to be moved to a different apartment

Don’t book this place !!’

When confirming, the wrong phone number was given, which led to us not being able to reach the accommodation for check-in. This led to us having to contact hotels.com, who gave us an email address. We emailed the accommodation with no response after several hours. This led to us arriving at the accommodation very late at night with three children. Of which one child is only 3 years old. Once at the accommodation, the sheets were dirty, the floor, the bathroom, the kitchen, the sofa beds were all dirty. The pool in the area may not be used. The beach next door is not a good beach at all. The location of the accommodation is very bad, which means that you have to drive quite a distance to get to other beaches, restaurants, etc.
