I enjoyed my stay at The Griya Villas and Spa. The location is perfect, the rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is professional and friendly.

Amazing views best hotel in Amed but way short of 5 star. For a very discerning travel who wants luxury this is not the place . Best views and pools are amazing

Amazing little property - the views from the Villa were amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went with my 20 year old son and we both enjoyed the experience.

Excellent views good location poor staff training average food not clean rooms in particular bathrooms no bottled water in rooms overall average management attention to detail. For a very discerning guest who appreciates the finer points, this is not for you but still the best option in Amed for if diving and snorkeling is your first love, give up on some of the comforts and stay at Griya

This place is out of this world! Our villa was spacious and with a very nice outside living area aggremented with a very nice private pool. The restaurant was so good that we had all our meals there. The free breakfast was generous and excellent! We have a severe allergy and they could handle it perfectly and safely. We also enjoyed the nice spa with quality treatments. We stayed 3 days but would have liked to stay longer. What a treat was this place!

Really beautiful villa with the view and the infinity pool! Lovely staff. Great massage at the spa and the food was quite good. You need a scooter to get around didn’t love walking in the winding roads. All in all I would recommend this resort!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay here for 3 nights. I think this is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. Couldn't believe the size of the privat pool and you are facing East so you have got the most beautiful sunrise. We got up 5:45 every morning to swim in our pool while watching the sunrise, which was magical. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the staff cannot do enough for you. Also the hotel is very close to a small town with plenty of eating options. Would also recommend to eat a both the restaurants just opposite the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional — there was nothing to complain about. The staff was outstanding: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The overall experience exceeded all expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Location was beautiful and the hotel was clean. We had an amazing view of the mountain and the beach from our hotel in private pool. However, communication with the staff was very poor. This was also the most expensive location we stayed at in Bali with the very bare minimum included in our stay. Everything here was an up charge or extremely expensive compared to other places nearby. The breakfast that was included was really great. Dinner was crazy expensive at this location and not good at all for the most part. One day we dined in our room. The meal was crazy expensive with an up charge of 50,000 (they prefaced that) but then the actual food was lackluster and my pad Thai was terrible. That seemed to be the case with the food the our entire four day stay. The breakfast was good and then other days it tasted completely different and not good at all. We were really sad because we loved this place but at the same time there were a lot of things that we’re not great during our stay.

The place was perfect and beautiful for a family trip. Only thing missing was the free transport to the beach - you have to walk 10 min each way every time and the road isn't great...

The hotel is decent but very dated. It’s seems it hasn’t had a lot of renovations done in a while; tiles were falling off the pool floors, wood decking’s were falling apart, and sunbeds and other fixtures had seen better days. The 3 bedroom villa was at the top of a long, steep walkway, difficult to climb and definitely something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues or small kids. The view was the best part of the hotel experience. The hotel restaurant was also decent, but not great. There are great restaurants a long the main road, but you need a private driver to take you around (no grab/Gödel in Amed) All in all, we felt a little disappointed in the stay, having travelled Bali for weeks and staying at amazing hotels at comparable pricing.

The Griya is a fantastic location and a view to die for with friendly staff and clean accommodation. Room layout 2 bedrooms being separate was private. Only thing our friends were originally in room 4 until I said this was arranged 9 months prior and they moved our friends which was great. Rooms 6 and 7 had interconnected door which enabled our friends to share facilities. Great for the kids and adults too. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating from booking early to kitchen, bar staff and cleaners. The private infinity pool in our villa was outstanding. The kitchen fully equipped with all utensils if you needed to cook but we did not as the restaurant was great. The rooftop bar loved it as it was our happy place. Not far from diving spots which were world class. (Definitely recommend fresh fins)

We had the most incredible stay at the Griya Villas! It is truly one of the most beautiful and luxurious properties I have ever stayed at. The views and grounds are absolutely breathtaking. The staff consistent go above and beyond, they are so on top of all of your needs! The food is delicious, I could go on and on!

Fantastic place to stay near an amazing beach for swimming and snorkelling. The view from the villa was beautiful. The staff were all lovely. The villas and pools will need some maintenance in the near future as there is some wear and tear, but this did not detract from our stay.

Peaceful stay

Stayed for 8 nights in a deluxe villa - everything was great. Few things were or broke down during our stay, but all were handled immediately. Food was good, the list being pretty long - they had a daily recommendation, so we followed that. Staff was super helpful and helped us find things to do. Got transported from and to airport by them and the driver managed to get us safely through the somewhat chaotic traffic. Would definitely recommend and will come back.
