Generally all ok, check in swift/efficient/welcoming, I was caught out by having to pay a £50 deposit… apparently just in case I wreck the room!!.. I am a solo traveller, in my 60s, so was a little taken her back by that, but would totally understand it for large groups.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay, large apartment with excellent facilities on the hotel site, 4 pools, prices not expensive. Includes, kettle, toaster, hob, pots, pans, plates, washing up liquid etc

Clean, central and at a sufficient standard

Hotel is located in the epicenter of the tourist area with lots of entertainment and restaurant and bars around. Hotel provides a reasonable good standard and a stay in a clean environment providing the comfort you can expect for the rather low budget.

The hotel is in close proximity to the sea front and to many restaurants and shops. Our one bedroom apartment was specious - could do with a bit softer lighting but the 3 swimming pools and area are very convenient.

Apartments are spacious enough and kitchenetts includes all necessary equipment. 4 pools and the layout of hotels is very good for price. Unfortunetly, there were no bar and restaurant during my stay.

The hotel was fine, but just fine. Good location which redeemed a lot. Most of the amenities that are advertised aren’t actually accessible unless you want to pay daily for them. Although there are 2 bars described, only the pool bar is used which is a-bit of a pain if you use one of the other pools.. A lot of reviews mention loud noise outside of the hotel which isn’t strictly true, some nights were louder than others but we just closed the window and managed to sleep fine. Staff were mostly polite and friendly, reception and dining staff were consistent, however the lady on the bar got progressively more rude as the days went on, which was somewhat understandable considering she was working 12 hour shifts all week, however not the kind of service that is expected when you’re just asking for a drink. The buffet was… interesting, breakfast is the same everyday and very basic, we didn’t bother with lunch and the evening meals got worse as the week went on, of the 8 dishes being served there were occasions that trays of brussel sprouts were up for grabs… if you’re aiming for a summer body then this is the place to go, you’ll return 2 stone lighter from not eating anything! Overall the hotel was okay, I wouldn’t bother with all inclusive as there are nicer hotels in the same area/budget and there was no clear indication of what was actually included. I would say for families it would probably do the job as the children’s pool seemed to be very popular.

Good value for the price

Nice apartment hotel and probably the best value for the price yet reception could be night mare! We had to wait over 10 min to check in, and same with check out !!!

For a 2 star establishment, the food was very good indeed. Hotel is tired looking, but clean. Biggest disappointment was lack of soft drinks poolside until after lunchtime. Not good for "all inclusive". No air con, but that's no surprise for the star rating.

The room was very hot!

Only stayed here for one night in October. The room was nice, had obviously been newly renovated, but the rest of the hotel was very tired looking - pools etc. The restaurant had been renovated and offered a very good breakfast. Excellent location next to shops and restaurants. The downside was that the room was unbearably hot with no air con or fans, I couldn’t sleep.

The worst place we have ever stayed, noise night and day, music so loud at times it vibrated the room, drunks screaming, swearing all night and by the pool all day, not possible to self cater as the only thing to cook with is small two ring hob, 1 dinner plate, stains on curtains and worn out furniture. gran canary was very nice and locals very friendly and helpful. don't stay at this place

Horrible place, the rooms to old. The pool space so nasty everything dry and dark. They take a security deposit for nothing also if u want go with a friend u need registration for the guess.

Worse hotel stay ever

Absolutely the worse hotel stay ever. The hotel was basically handed over to youngsters from Las Palmas and around to go crazy in partying. Never ever heard such a brutal level of noice. 3 am police came to calm them down, and it took another 15 minutes till it went completely world again. Never again this place. Was promised recipient on email same day but haven’t seen it yet...

Bad experience

The hotel staff was nice, the room was okay even if the sofa bed is a single bed and the mattess is not comfortable at all. We paid for half board and the restaurant staff was the rudest, no one explained to us that drinks were not included in the dinner and they told us off in front of everyone because we were taking a glass of water!! The bar sells small bottles of water only and they are 2€ which is an absolutely joke when you can get 1 litre for 1.30€ from the outside supermarket but guess what they don’t let you bring water form outside so you are forced to buy water there. We arrived 30 mins before they were closing one night and all the restaurant staff was looking at us in a bad way. I would not recommend at all.

When I read the reviews on this hotel , I was abit worried. As I turned up , the hotel looked amazing outside with a string of Irish pubs , a supermarket and restaurants. It was a nice , easy check in with amazing staff who were wonderful. Yes you have to leave a €50 deposit but that’s understandable as working in the travel industry in the past myself, I knew what some guests would leave it like after the holiday. We paid in cash and they gave us a slip to hand back in after checkout. The apartment was basic but very clean. And very ideal to what we needed. Based at the back where the swimming pools were. And we hardly heard any commotion. This hotel is central to everything and if you wanted to get a taxi to anywhere around playa de ingles it would only cost you upto €5. Which is a bargain compared to uk prices. We travelled with a wheelchair user and the hotel accommodated us with no hassle. The cleaner who came and changed our beds were absolutely lovely as well as all the staff. I can’t comment on the food at the hotel as we went self catering. But everything else, 100 per cent perfect and we would definitely return again.

En las fotos parece un hotel normal, en persona la entrada tú cres que vas entrar en un hotel, pero después de la recepción parece un alojamiento de estudiantes, pero con mayores, el apartamento parece huele tinta fresca, muy fuerte, y la vista a la piscina no te pone ganas ninguna de ir a visitarla. La cama es horrible. Internet se paga a parte, aire condicionado si quieres es portátil y se paga a parte, para ir a la piscina las tuallas es a parte y por día. En final mejor que pagas un poco más a otro para que pueda descansar, por mejor comodidad, además porque hay música en frente tan alto que parece que está en el pasillo del hotel.
