The heating system of the RV was broken (icing air when max heating selected) so it wasn’t comfortable outside the bedroom where a small heater was installed.

the trailer ended up not having gas service for cooking, 2 of the tvs didn't work, lights outside were on all night for safety reasons BUT the blinds didn't close all the way so it was still pretty bright all night long inside the trailer. the main bed was comfortable

While the check in process was nice, the desk clerk was friendly, and the camper was clean, the Wi-Fi and TV didn't work in it, and the lock didn't work from the inside because the deadbolt didn't align to the strike plate. In fact, it looked like the strike plate was attached to the frame with cardboard. I could've lived without TV, but with poor cell reception, no Wi-Fi was a challenge and then with the inability to lock the door from the inside, I ended up leaving. I imagine if we got one of the cabins near the front, it would have been a better experience, but the RV we were assigned was their only option.

The RV smelt of sewage, even with the fans on. The main bathroom, in addition to sewage, smelled like someone had pee'd all over and it had not been cleaned up. There was rodent poop on the kitchen surfaces and no dining chairs for the dining table. Nor were there any kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. And there were no towels or soap or anything provided for the bathroom. Overall, disgusting. We left after the first night and stayed elsewhere. It was like sleeping inside a porta potty.

We needed a clean and warm place to sleep for the night at the last minute and this RV trailer met that purpose. Communication by the manager was excellent and he took the time to explain everything.

Check in was supposed to be after 3pm, our space was not ready til after 5pm. We had food in the car that we wanted to fix that night. The RV was horrible. It had NO utensils, NO pots/pans/dishes, etc. It was listed as having cooking facilities, which we really needed and it had NOTHING. Stove did not work either, fridge was a dinky little apartment size unit. After a lot of back and forth they refunded our other 2 nights but still changed us full price for one night that was truly awful. It's right on a busy highway, very noisy, trash around the space. No apology, no understanding. They could have cared less. We hustled to find a place the next 2 nights which turned out to be lovely. Don't waste your money on this place, or in Forks either. Push on to Moslips or even Tokeland.

Interesting area - first time there. 5th wheel was fine. The unit we were in was right next to the main road so was pretty noisy. Convenient to the Circle K ( right next door) and hamburger place across the street. Trailer was connected to power and sewer so no issues.

Old 5th wheel with no tv .. thought it would be in a nice grassy area but all on dirty gravel .. thought it was to be park model ... Make sure you know what you are getting before paying ... Not worth $200 ... Check into other places in Forks

All in all , it was ok. We made a last minute trip to Forks , WA over July 4 weekend . There wasn’t anything else available in the area , so our options were limited . It’s a roomy 5th wheel RV. It was clean and had the basic things we needed for our stay . It’s not a lux hotel , but it met our need . It was affordable and safe . It’s located in Forks so we could walk anywhere that we wanted to go .

We paid over two hundred dollars for an RV. While it was clean on the inside, the outside was not as pictured. Also, upon check in I found out that there was no propane. The “a/c” was a tiny portable swamp cooler. The fridge didn’t work, but they had a small mini-fridge available for use. The sleeping quarters were so cramped that we had a difficult time moving around. There was literally only about 6” between the bed and the wall. The floor was different lengths getting out of bed. One side was super short and the the other side was super tall. Unless you are a very skinny person, I would NOT recommend this trailer! Very over priced, and not comfortable AT ALL. It was the worst nights sleep I have ever had. Oh, and the pull out bed was terrible. The mattress was so thin the you could feel every spring in the mattress and bar on the bed. Absolutely terrible.

Large family

They didn't include enough linens or blankets even though we informed them we would be a group of 6 people. On the flip side, the laundry room and new shower facility were great, clean, roomy.

I was very happy with the site and the unit itself. However I was not prepared for just what I needed to bring with me. The master bedroom was comfortable and clean. But the trailer smelled musty. However the pull out beds were ok there were no additional sheets for the beds in the second bedroom. We did go to the local store and purchased some as well as blankets and air freshener. The weather had turned off cooler than expected. We also bought charcoal for the grill since we brought patties. But nothing flip them with. No dishes, silverware pots and pans. We really didn’t want to order out but with nothing to cook with we didn’t have any choice. I wish the description included a statement saying although you have the convenience of being just on the edge of town be prepared for a roughing it experience and bring your own dish pots and pans eating utensils cups all spices you need to cook with and don’t forget additional bedding and maybe an extra dish rag and towels. Honestly the experience would have been so much better if had known all the things we needed

In 54 years, I’ve left very few reviews—but this stay deserved one. My wife and I drove hours to get here. Our Expedia booking clearly stated check-in was at 3 p.m. We arrived at 2:05, hoping we might check in a little early. Instead, we were told flatly, “Check-in is at 4.” When we mentioned what Expedia showed, the response was, “We’ve called them several times and they won’t change it.” No apology, no effort to accommodate—just an obvious enjoyment in saying no. We left to kill time, then sat in the parking lot watching the staff ignore their own posted check-in time—3 p.m. is listed right on their website too. Yet we weren’t allowed in a minute before 4. By then, a line had formed. It felt more about control than policy. When we finally got in, things didn’t improve. No TV (just removed), no dishes, no basic amenities. The heater didn’t work; a noisy space heater was the solution. The bed sagged to the middle and squeaked nonstop. We’re low-maintenance travelers, but when you can’t even trust a listed check-in time—and the staff doubles down instead of helping—it sets the tone for a disappointing stay. We would’ve left if anything else had been available.
