This Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 3rd floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice.

Not newly renovated
I will start with the good to try to be positive! Location is awesome. Cool attractions across the road and beach is very close to condo. Now the bad. The main elevators were broken most of the time. You had to wait 30 minutes at times to get down to the beach with a cart, otherwise stairs were only option. Condo had sticky, sandy floors upon arrival and door lock was not the easiest to use and no directions before arrival on how to use it. Condo was not as pictured and not newly renovated. Cabinets hanging off of hinges, missing base tiles in bathroom, outdated toilets/tub. Everything seemed old and just barely worked, except for the dishwasher, that worked good. I thought maybe all of the rooms were like this in the condo, however friends stayed at same condo and both of their rooms were newly renovated, clean and nice! This one isn't. The owners of this condo should not advertise as they do. Just be truthful and lower price of rental if you can't get people in or truly renovate the condo.

Owner terrible
We were enjoying our stay when someone was banging on our door. They did say maintenance but barged invery quickly. Started yelling about balcony door open and then started arguing with my wife. Very rude unprofessional and said he was the owner. They could have called instead of barging in. We wete not dressed!!!!!!

Great time, just loud drunken guest
Great time, clean pool, but people try to sleep and they allow intoxicated people out by the pool late hours of the night. Should be a shut down time around pool area
