Our 5 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront house has great views of the beach, palm trees and ocean. It is 3700 sq feet (350 sq Meters) of luxury. If you are a couple looking for a getaway, enjoy the ocean front master suite and the beachside part of the house - just close off the other 3 bedrooms and enjoy. If you want to have 2 or 3 families share time at the beach, open up the rest of the bedrooms - there is plenty of room for couples and kids. Enjoy the Oceanfront fire pit with your favorite beverage or relax in a hammock at the end of the day.

The home is on a quiet part of the driving beach. The closest beach ramps are 7 blocks away on 3rd street and 17 blocks away on 27th street.

The house has two primary suites. The upstairs primary suite features stunning views of the ocean, an HD TV, and a en-suite bathroom with ocean views. The main-level 2nd primary suite has high ceilings and its own bathroom and a streaming TV. It has a king bed with sleep number mattress and an additional day bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a partial ocean view. The fourth bedroom has a queen murphy bed, an ocean view out the window and another ocean view through out the glass door through the rest of the house. This bedroom doubles as an office. There are two additional single beds in an anteroom off of the 2nd master.

The house was originally built in 1935, and the original heart of pine floors are freshly refinished. Tongue and groove walls and ceilings show the charm of the original beach house. This original part of the house contains the renovated kitchen, an informal dining area, 2 bedrooms and the laundry area. The kitchen has been enlarged, and totally redone with granite and stainless steel to provide a modern feel. The 1990 addition by renowned Florida architect Kevin Schweizer features a huge great room with a 25 foot ceiling, a spiral staircase up to the primary suite, an internal walkway with stunning vistas, a wall of windows facing the ocean, and dining room with phenomenal ocean views. The architect carefully planned the sightlines to maximize the connection to the beach. There is a 35 foot wide deck on top of the 20 foot high dune, giving nice ocean breezes. The second primary suite was added in 2002. The house combines the charm of an old-Florida beach house with a stunning modern addition.

High speed internet, satellite TV, 70 inch HD TV in great room, HD TV in upstairs primary bedroom and streaming TV in main level primary bedroom.

There is a two car garage, but it has space for only one car. Two or three cars can fit in the driveway. There is NO street parking at anytime during your stay . Additional parking is available at the end of the street at the beach access . Just a heads up , reserve your space on the beach in front of the house early in the morning to insure you have the best experience.
The house has its own 38 x 7 foot pool, tucked away beside the house. That is somewhere between the size of a lap pool and a regular pool. There is plenty of room in the pool to frolic or just relax. There is a pool deck with lounge chairs. The pool is not heated, but it is in full sun on the South side of the lot.

New Smyrna Beach is a Florida beach town, with lots of good seafood restaurants. The closest beach to Orlando, close enough to Disneyland to make an easy day trip.
