The living, dining, and kitchen areas feature an open floor plan, ideal for entertaining and quality family time! The living area has a beautiful brown leather sectional with a pull-out queen bed. Great for extra guests or movie nights for the little ones! There is a large flat screen smart TV with 175+ channels, including HBO Max, NFL Network, Showtime, and an additional Sports Package.  Anything you want for entertainment is right at your fingertips! The living area also features a wood burning fireplace surrounded by gorgeous stonework. 

Just off the living area is the dining and kitchen. The dining area features a beautiful rustic wooden table with bench seating perfect for a meal or hopping on the upgraded Wi-Fi to catch up on a few emails.  The kitchen has extensive counter space of solid granite countertop bar seating, as well as stainless steel appliances.  The kitchen is equipped with everything your family chef needs to whip up a delicious meal. There is a large pantry for storage, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, gas range, microwave, and an island with an extra prep sink for your convenience.

Just off the kitchen is a large deck with a propane grill facing the fenced backyard and hot tub.  The backyard faces our beautiful Big Bear forest, giving you privacy and uninterrupted nature views. Perfect for those summer barbeques and sunset toasts!  The backyard offers beautiful views off the deck, or from the hammock, strung up between two pines. A truly unique Big Bear experience you do not want to miss out on!

The primary bedroom features gorgeous wood furnishings, a king size bed, a twin pull-out bed, large flat screen smart TV, and private access to the deck and backyard. Wake up to beautiful forest views just outside your window!  The primary bath features double sinks, a jetted tub, water closet, and a large tiled shower. Great for relaxing and having a spa-like experience after a long day of Big Bear fun!

The second bedroom features a queen size bed. Private, comfy and perfect for guests or kids! The third bedroom features a queen size bed.  Across the hall is a full bath with a tub and shower. Just down the hall is a separate laundry room with an extra large capacity washer and dryer and cabinets with granite countertops for your folding convenience.

Head downstairs to the Wolf’s Den where all the fun happens! The floors are beautifully stained concrete that complement the space perfectly. There is a sectional, a 75” large flat screen smart TV with speakers, a pool table, cornhole, and board games. Never miss the big game in this space. Plenty of fun for the whole family to be had!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
