This charming 120 square meter apartment with garden and terrace is located in La Tranche-sur-mer, 300 meters from a large beach. It is perfect for a family holiday and can accommodate up to 10 people.
You will find a bicycle path in front of the house.

The accommodation comprises :
- four bedrooms with double beds (160x200), including one large bedroom with a bunk bed (two bedrooms per level with a shower room and WC on each level) all beds are equipped with a comforter (all bedding is new);

- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a cosy living room with balcony;
- and a large wooden terrace behind the house (south-facing) with relaxation and dining area + barbecue.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.

The apartment is located in the Grière district, in the heart of "Parc Clemenceau":
- 300 meters from a large, pretty beach with lifeguards in season;
- between the center of La Tranche (1.5km, 15 min walk along the seafront path) and the shops in the center of La Grière (750m);
- and in the immediate vicinity of: Plage Clemenceau, the "L'Auniscéane" aquatic complex and the École de voile / Centre Nautique Tranchais.

Around La Tranche sur Mer :
- Amusement parks: Le Puy du Fou, O'Gliss Park and O'Fun Park (the biggest amusement park in Vendée).
- Le Veillon beach, Les Conches beach, Bud Bud beach for surfing.
