Welcome to our home. We are David and Elma Pace. We currently live in Charlotte NC. We have searched for a perfect location in preparation for our retirement. When we found this piece of land available we wanted to purchase and build our home here. This land sit for sale for quite some time before we purchased the property due to imposed restrictions by the US Fish and Wild Life and most people will not take the challenge of jumping thru a hoop to get permission. We had to get permission from the US Fish and Wild life to build because this location is a foraging area for the red cockaded woodpecker that is in danger of extinction. If you are lucky you might see them foraging thru the long leaf pines. But we persevered and was able to build our home. We hope you have an opportunity to enjoy, rest and rejuvenate while you are staying with us. We have made available for you three bedrooms and one and half bath and the rest of the living areas. For safety we have shut off the gas fireplace. We kept private the garage and the master wing of our home so we can store and keep our private belongings. We bought this property because of the lake and the beauty of it. This is a very nice and friendly neighborhood and we love the park.
