We offer this charming 70 m² loft for rent in Nantes, which can accommodate up to three travelers. Located on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, it comprises a pretty 32 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Atypical and modern, it offers a warm, secure environment right in the center of Nantes, ideal for you to recharge your batteries and relax.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 32 m² living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Two mezzanine bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), ceiling height from 1m60 to 1m80, and one bedroom with a single bed, ceiling height 1m80.
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park nearby (paid parking).
