The house has a terrace and can accommodate up to 8 people (including the outbuilding).

The Main House:

- Three bedrooms with two double beds (160 x 200 and 140 x 190) and a single bed 90 x 190;

- and a large lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and pool house.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Barbecue, Dishwasher, Oven, Squeegee machine, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is located :
- quiet (not far from the city centre);
- close to restaurants and the Port of Trentemoult (5 minutes walk);
- 10 minutes walk from the Port of Trentemoult and its narrow streets;
- 25 minutes from the first beaches (La Bernerie, Pornic);
- 15 minutes by car from Nantes (also accessible by navibus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the accommodation).

The pool is heated. It is open from May to September.

## Emplacement
Rezé developed on the site of the Gallo-Roman city of Ratiatum, a great port of antiquity, which reached its peak in the first centuries of our era. Major excavations are carried out regularly every year around the Chapelle Saint-Lupien. The latter dates from the 15th century.
Hiking enthusiasts will find in Rezé several nature routes in the city. The complete tour of the commune is about 25 km. A secret city, surprising with ancient villages alongside contemporary architectural signatures.
Numerous sporting, cultural and festive events punctuate the year.
