If you drive an electric vehicle, be sure to take advantage of the EV charger in the garage when you return.

Enjoy warm wood accents and updated furnishings throughout. The property also boasts abundant outdoor entertaining space between a sprawling back deck and the front porch. Nearby Krause Springs is your go-to spot for a relaxing day at the natural swimming holes, while a variety of local wineries and restaurants are also just minutes away.

Kick back and relax on two sofas and a chic chair in the well-appointed living area, and stream shows on the Roku-equipped 48-inch TV. Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the kitchen bar or adjacent table with intimate seating.

Unwind under the Texas sun on the back deck, equipped with lounge seating and a gas grill. Twinkling string lights set the scene for dinner parties at the patio table. Kids will enjoy playing on the swing set in a large yard bordered by tall trees. The front porch provides seating for up to five. Enjoy access to a shared pool (5’ deep and unheated) and tennis courts across the street as well as a boat ramp - all located in the Windermere Oaks gated community.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
