Equipment Among the many advantages of the apartment is not only the central location on the Baltic Sea in Boltenhagen Mitte, but also the practical as well as tasteful decor. In the living room there is a comfortable dining area and a welcoming sitting area. The sofa is extendable and offers enough space for two guests if necessary for the night's sleep. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The spatially separated kitchen offers high quality appliances for all needs. The bathroom features a bathtub with integrated shower, towel dryer and washing machine. Special features The fresh air of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony. There is no need to climb the stairs: the apartment is easily accessible via the hotel elevator. The underground parking space for your car can be rented if necessary for 3 € / Üb. (Outside parking spaces are not part of the system). For our youngest guests there is already a high chair and a children's travel cot incl. Matching mattress available for free use. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
