Equipment For two to four people bright and friendly furnished apartment is renovated and furnished. It has a combined living and dining area with separate kitchen, a friendly shower room with walk-in shower, attached shower stool and grab bar, which is suitable for seniors and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and large-sized wardrobe. In addition to the functional kitchenette, the seating area offers plenty of space for a meal together. Two more people can find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The doors are wide enough and wheelchair accessible. A special highlight is the small south-facing terrace, which invites not only for sunbathing, but also for a cozy barbecue. The apartment has an underground parking space, which can be used for a small fee (3, - € / Üb.). Details This apartment is located about 70 m on the beach of the Baltic Sea. The Boltenhagen center is within walking distance. For our handicapped guests there is an additional mobile shower chair in addition to the fixed, foldable shower seat. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory.
