DETAILS: Seascape is a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Gulf-front townhome in Cape San Blas that sleeps 10, making it the perfect choice for families, friends, or couples looking for the perfect place to get away. Guests will love the breathtaking views of the Gulf, direct beach access, and a shared screened-in pool with a sitting spa.

Off Seascape’s drive is a screened-in pool enclosure with a large pool and an attached sitting spa. Covered parking and a pool house area include a half bath, a covered lanai, a picnic table, and ceiling fans. A wooden boardwalk leads from the pool house directly to the pristine white sand beach.

Guests may take either an elevator or an outside stair to the first floor, where an open kitchen, dining, and living area have breathtaking views of the Gulf through 3 sliding glass doors that open to a large balcony. A well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops seats 2 at a breakfast bar and provides lots of space for guests to prepare meals. A wood dining table seats 8 and divides the kitchen from the living area. After a busy day of jumping waves and searching for seashells, guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on a large TV or step outside to the expansive deck to enjoy dinner al fresco. The deck features a gas grill, dining table, plenty of seating, and an inviting porch swing. Guests staying in the primary bedroom or a guest bedroom off the living area can wake up to views of crashing waves. A bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and an additional guest bedroom both enjoy views of the pool. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.

*The sitting spa that waterfalls into the extra-large pool is continuously heated. It takes a few days for the extra large pool to reach maximum heat because of the size. In the summer, the overflow of the heated water from the spa does not heat the large pool.
