Beautiful and cozy apartment in Residencial Canoas 2, located in Condomínio Água, with complete infrastructure in Guarajuba. The condominium offers 24 hour security, reception, barbecue, swimming pool and garden. The apartment has 2 air-conditioned suites, living room with balcony, kitchen and Wi-fi.

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$700.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

- Suite 1: 1 double bed, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;

- Suite 2: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

Note: We have 1 sofa bed in the living room.

The space is located on the first floor and access is via stairs.
