This non smoking apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator. Start your day with breakfast and a cup of coffee on the 7 m² balcony. You can access the furnished balcony from the living room and the bedroom. The balcony has various lying and seating options. The light-flooded apartment with 48 m² offers space for 2 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office, the snack machine and the bread service are located together with the apartment in the main building. The open, fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Numerous cooking utensils ensure the perfect cooking evening. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed and invites you to share moments. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas.
