The 58 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Two Water Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The 2-room apartment that was created there has a quiet, central location with a direct view of the gardens of Wustrows. The light-flooded apartment in the style of a beach house can accommodate 2 people. Here you can spend a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. The high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The living area invites you to relax with its cozy sofa and two armchairs. An electric fireplace provides for the evening cosiness. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi available in the apartment. Through the stucco-decorated entrance area, equipped with a cloakroom, a cloakroom and a full-length mirror, you get into the big heart of this holiday apartment. The open fitted kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. With numerous cooking accessories, the kitchen is perfectly equipped for a romantic evening. A large dining table and 4 chairs in light gray invite you to linger. The harmoniously coordinated furniture in the style of a beach house, the murals and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering laid throughout the apartment has a simple and subtle effect and cozy warmth is brought in by underfloor heating. The light-flooded bedroom is kept in modern white and brown. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The wardrobe with safe and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV (32 inches). The ensuite bathroom in the beach house style convinces with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with vanity unit and is accessible for the first swing in the morning, directly from the bedroom. The modern, light wall tiles with a wood look and light floor tiles create a special flair. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The darlings are welcome in this apartment, because dogs and cats can also feel comfortable here and let all 4 paws dangle. The rental office, a snack machine and the bread service are also located in the main building. A carport parking space can be booked for your apartment. After a long walk on the Baltic Sea, the in-house wellness and fitness area with two saunas, an experience shower and an adjacent relaxation room offers pure relaxation. In order to stay fit on vacation, modern fitness equipment is available in the fitness room, which you and your accompanying guests can use. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
